I have been telling people my pe was healed and it was. Well wednesday and today i started with normal kegels, 90 on weds and 90 today and my pe has returned that quickly!! Lightening speed!

Thanks, i will. Its annoying though that i cant even cope with 2 days of kegels!! Have you tried the butt plug?

Just increase reverse kegels not all guys into anal just because p is does not mean it is advised.
