  • Pre E and Chiropractics

Anybody ever notice a difference in there PreE after going to the chiropractor? I went to chiropractor for the first time this week and was just curious. According to the chiropractor the spine and all it's nerve endings have a lot of control over the body.

Perhaps the state of relaxation, physical de-stressing if you will, can play a part?

It makes sense. All the nerves run through the spine. There's a lot of cause and effect of subluxation, especially with stress and anxiety. I'm still not sure chiropractic adjustments are for me, but I'm going to give it a month or two.

Has anyone else found this helpful for PreE?

I am thinking of visiting a chiropractor for the first time and was wondering if anyone has had improved sexual function after getting an adjustment.

Pertaining to PreE, I don't think it makes a difference but that is from the perspective of not going to one and recovering regardless.

I don't know if it helps directly with PreE, but i am going to the Chiro at the moment, i've done 1 session and the Chiro fixed alot of little problems all over the body, she also confirmed that i had APT, and a tight pelvic floor, i'm going back soon to concentrate on these 2 areas but before concentrating on them i had to fix the other areas.
As the muscle in the body are all linked together and when one doesn't work it ususally is because another one is not fonctionning correctly. So it's always good to get a check up.

She also advised me to continue my stretches, APT exercises and RKs for the pelvic floor even though it is a uphill battle as the pelvic floor is tight to begin with, so feeling the RKs are hard. Hopefully with her help and the exercises I can loosen myself up faster.

I'll give feedback a few days after my appointement.
