    Hey there, I skimmed through your thread not going to lie. It looks like you have been at this for a bit, do you have a routine that you do daily? PF stretches, APT stretches, Meditation, Edging ect?

    Tried to find a structured plan of attack. Do you have an Excel sheet or a log to track consistency and progress? (Recommend)

    It Looks like you have good days and bad but never fully cured. I mean we all have our good and bad days but its really finding the root of your problem that need to be addressed.

    I know for me I was doing alot of PF stretches and to find out later i have APT and a weak core that is contributing as well. Getting into a state of mind is only a part of it but as I have come to learn, there is a lot more factors that play into this.

    Most of us who came here because of PreE issues probably have similar situations. Haven't been to gym in while, Kegeled while masturbating, Sit for long periods of time, but its a lifestyle change that is in need.

      Congrats. 50% is awesome. I bet you’ll keep building on this and continue to improve and figure some more things out.

        Hi, thanks for the reply!

        I regularly do calisthenics and yoga, so flexibility and core strength is good. I do check in mirror now and then to make sure pelvis is tilted back too, so I think APT isn't an issue.

        For PreE exercises, I follow minuteman's MMO workout every other day. It's quite an intense workout for my PC muscle. I skip the back kegel and rk exercises though. My PF feels pretty flexibly and loose at this point, if I need to, I can do a long deep squat combined with RK and that does a lot to loosen me up.

        I edge most days for at least 20mins and cum every 2-3 days. I use a fleshlight or an oiled hand with porn. Stopped edging without porn because my arousal just didn't go up and it was too easy, I wanted to train plateauing at higher levels. When I edge I work on plateauing at higher arousal levels and faster speeds.

        Meditation is about 40 minutes, try to do daily.

        I keep a log of my results during sex, have come a long way, but I see a long way more to go. When I have a good session of sex, man that good feeling can fuel me for days, and a bad session can haunt me for days, I think all of you guys know what I mean though, lol.

            God do we ever lol. I'm still haunted from my bad experience a week and half ago XD. And the worst part is, i live in an apartment and every now and then i get the pleasure of hearing the couple up stairs have what sounds like great lasting sex. Sitting on my couch like fuck you up there being able to pound her hard and fast and not finish in 2 seconds.

            What was your starting lasting out and what would you say your average is now for lasting? Dont get me wrong though too congrats on the progress you have made so far. Agree with Will 50% is definitely an improvement considering most of us started as one pump chumps before we were like ok this needs to stop.

              I can go pretty long when I have a good session. The first out of my last two successes I went twenty minutes and wasn't close to cumming from vaginal sex, she lay me down and got it out of me with a vigorous bj. Second success I fucked for like 45 minutes, then I lay down and she made me cum with a fast hj.

              So far it seems over stretching to the point my eq is bad, not ejaculating recently enough, and too much simulation before I get into my comfort position-which is missionary - makes it hard for me to get control.

                Well it sound then you are doing very well then. I'm still struggling to get past a 1 minute round 1. Round 2 I dont have to care at all and can last very long. EQ is what goes up and down round 2 though.

                  Had sex 4 more times since last update.

                  In terms of lasting, all decent. In terms of eq, average at best. It seems I need to transition more heavily into kegels, but I feel afraid to neglect RK too much, given my history with Pre E.

                  And then I got oral herpes. Sucks, but I have to avoid sex for the time being. During this time, I've been messing around with dry orgasm though. It's been quite a lot of fun, and I'm not very good at it yet, but getting better. My kegel isn't very strong, so I can only handle a very light nudge over 9.9, and then I let go of my dick and hold a kegel to cancel out the ejaculatory contractions once I feel them coming. I can perform 2 DOs each time I edge, but don't have strength for a 3rd.

                  So it seems I'll be developing along 2 lines now: 1st is greater control over arousal , and 2nd is more strength to perform better DOs. Feeling nervous about how it'll go once I can have sex again, but also excited to be trying DOs.

                    Hello boys. I am back after a long time.

                    Cumming fast isn't much of a problem anymore, though it can still happen if I haven't had sex or shot a load in a while. So this log has become more of a MMO log.

                    Training routine:

                    Day 1 - towel raise about 6 reps x 2 sets
                    Day 2 - (gradual kegel squeeze 6 seconds, hold for 6 seconds at full strength, release over 6 seconds, reverse kegel 6 seconds) x 12 reps x 2 sets
                    Day 3 - rest

                    Daily edging ~30mins, sometimes with fleshlight, sometimes bare hand. First orgasm, I attempt a kegel hold DO, second orgasm I do a ruined orgasm and let some cum out, if I can go a third time then it's a normal orgasm.

                    Right now I can only do Kegel hold with partial ejaculation. At times there is sensitivity after the first orgasm, but that seems to be less and less as I practice more.
