Ejaculating while edging

I've been edging for a couple months now and I have great control when using my hand. When I edge I always ejaculate at the end once I've reached my goal time and backed down a couple times. I've moved on to using a fleshlight in an attempt to make things more realistic (I prop it up on pillows and towels to simulate missionary position) and I find it a lot harder to control myself now. Is there a benefit to edge using my newer method but without ejaculating? I've never had a problem with my penis being too sore to do any exercises or to edge a couple hours after ejaculating or the next day.

Would like to hear others experiences and thoughts.

I'm a stern practitioner of semen retention. While I have sex often throughout the week and sometime practice edging into a flashlight I reserve ejaculation for Saturdays. The sexual benefits of semen retention ensure perfect hard erections and perfect ejaculation control as overtime your body gets used to not cumming at all. IN addition your hormones are more balanced and you feel energized.

The only downfall is that some woman like the feeling or even knowing that they made you ejaculate which you cannot give to them.

I think edging with the fleshlight missionary is a great idea. I also practised with it between the sofa ‘back’ cussions so i could practice in a kneeling position also. Respect to S if retention helped him but i personally didnt find any benefit in this. I ejaculated at the end of each session. I found plateau edging far better than stop/start. Also edging with my ‘wrong’ hand. Some people believe retention after edging is bad for the brain/reward chemicals and the prostate.
