  • Kegeling position indicating pelvic imbalance.

    Hi!
I realised that kegeling is much easier for me in sitting position, whats more with body a little bit contracted inside, like in ab crunches its even easier, but when trying to do kegels while lying down or with extended body it becomes much harder and clunch is nearly imperceptible. Could this indicate on strong pelvic imbalance and is there anybody else witch such feelings?

To Admin: In google chrome I cannot edit word or letter which has been selected by mouse double click, whole paragraph edition seems to work fine.
