  • Could electric current help banish premature ejaculation?

I've just read the following and thought I would share -

Scientists have found that stimulating the ankle with a mild electric current can help banish premature ejaculation.

A trial of ‘tibial nerve stimulation’ on 30 men with the condition found it increased the duration of their love-making.

The idea is the current passes up the tibial nerve to other nerves in the pelvis that control muscles used for sex.*

Over time, this ‘retrains’ the muscles so they do not go into frequent spasm.

The results of the study by Yuksek Ihtisas Hospital in Turkey is published in European Urology.
Women were created from the rib of man to be beside him, not from his head to top him, nor from his feet to be trampled by him, but from under his arm to be protected by him, near to his heart to be loved by him.

Funny how different we are. If a woman cums quickly then she's happy and we know we're great. Complete opposite for a guy.
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

You would've thought about yourself you're great the first couple of times, but if it happened every single time for the guy you're with, then...

It's happened with all the men I've been with (4 by the way).

I've never had intercourse longer than 5 minutes and you know what, it's totally fine!

I used to ejaculate super quickly. I find the idea of electrocuting a bit extreme!
Breathing and circulating the energy works well for me. I am starting to experience full body orgasms as I have been experimenting for a long time in not ejaculating and circulating the energy. I find that I go on quite an emotional rollercoaster after ejaculating so I prefer to keep it to a minimum.
I also find that when I am not ejaculating a lot, I have a lot more energy to focus into other things, it is like being on rocket fuel!

I'll tinker with this idea. Good find, by the way.

Is there any way we could stimulate the tibial nerve ourselves?

Unless I'm reading this wrong the study says that there was no difference in improvements between the group receiving the treatment and the placebo group:

"However, there wasno statistically significant difference between the placebo and patient groups in terms of age, pre-treatment mean IELTdurations, pre-treatment mean AIPE scale score, and post-treatment IELT percent change."

I have had the exact opposite problem with every woman I've been with (6 so far).

I've never had intercourse for less that 20 minutes and I am not OK with that. It's very frustrating.

I don't know what's average Peg. Keep getting told longer and longer is better but I'm happy with what I get. I just enjoy the moment.

Interested! How can we practice doing this?

The study basically says that PE improved in BOTH the control and placebo group, but there was no difference in improvement between the two groups. So, doesn't really tell us anything.
