I've got a question. My first time when I had sex was when I was around 16 years old. I was a little drunk and I could last as long as I wanted. The next time I was sober and I couldn't last for even 15 seconds. I've had sex a couple of times and always ended up lasting maximum of 30 seconds. So I started researching for this problem. I've found this forum and some exercises that could help. Now a couple years later anytime I "jerk off" I try to use the start/stop technique. Doing that I can last for about a minute or two having sex so far (That was the last time I had sex) which is still embarising but atleast its some progress. I've tried doing kegels but always ended up losing motivation so I still need to fix this.
Since jerking off with hand is nothing compared to sex (atleast for me, and I can control myself almost as long as I want) I bought a flashlight. I use a lot of lube and train like that because It almost feels like sex. Now here is the problem. When using flashlight I'm trying out diffrent positions so I could get use to them. I can control myself when i'm in a "doggy" style position (hard to explain) using flashlight but when trying to do a missionary position (looks really stupid in reality ha ha) with a flashlight I cum in 5 pumps. I can control myself alteast for some minutes in doggy and other positions but when it comes to missionary position I just can't. How could I fix this? Where doI got from here?
