Firstly sorry fot my english, but I hope its not so bad.
Im 20 y.o. and as you can expect, hh, I have a PE and the main reason are involuntary kegels. I have them all the time, everytime I move, after pee, during sex (done in 10 sec), masturbation. Bad masturbation hobby as well.
My plan is:
20-30 min HINDI SQUAT / a day + BUTTERFLY POSE, HAPPY CHILD POSE
10 min TENNIS BALL MASSAGE
20 min EDGING
TRY TO RELAX PF AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE DURING DAY
REVERSE KEGELS - I don't know how many to be honest. 5-10-20 min a day? Really dont know.
DEEP BREATHING DURING FROM STOMACH during Hindi squat or just laying on a couch.
I've read 2453421 topics and yes I think what I should have done but I have a few questions
HINDI SQUAT - Do you feel PF? Because I don't, I feel just my hips. But it may doesn't matter, right? It gets better by time.
BUT what is important for me is the time when I should do these exercises. I mean... I wake up a what to do first? I guess first stretching, then reverse kegels, edging and then tennis ball massage or how? Thank you ion advance. I start today and I'll update my results every week. Hope I can relax my PF as many people here...
