Hey everyone, my name is James and i am a 20 year old male. I currently have a girlfriend of 1 year and i suffer from premature ejaculation and i really need to fix it as it is making me depressed and scared to have sex.
I have sex regularly 3-4 times a week and i last between 1-2 minutes, which i know is not the worse but i can tell my girlfriend does not love it as she needs more time for her to finish. Sometimes when i am drunk i can last up to 20-25 mins. I really want to increase my time to at least 10-15 mins or have some sort of control over it. Its random sometimes i can last 5 minutes but other times i last 20 seconds. To be honest it has got worse overtime, as i use to last 5 minutes easily but i feel it is gradually getting worse? Maybe its because i'm so anxious about it i don't know but i am not improving. I also think that porn could play a factor as when i was younger i use to rush my self in fear of getting caught.
I have looked everywhere but there is so much scattered information. I have tried deep breathing and focusing on keeping my muscles relaxed. I've looked at reverse kegals and normal kegals and i have tried reverse kegals a bit but i am not sure if i am doing it right? I also am confused how many and how often i should be doing them? I have given them a decent go for 2 weeks but wasn't consistent with them.
Can someone give me a beginner routine to help relax my muscles down there. Also should i still be doing normal kegals even if my muscles down there are very tight. If anyone has any help on fixing this i would love to know cause i'm seriously getting so depressed about it and really really need to fix this. Thank you so much!
