Ive been on and off of here posting. But I've been consistently working on my PE for a long time. Ive done a lot of things to try and cure my PE.
- Flashlight edging
- journaled it all
- done stretching ( pulling does help a little)
- and of course a host of drugs...viagra, challis, SSRI's, Alcohol. none of these are legitimate options that I can use to live a healthy lifestyle.
I recently put my self on a ****genic diet cutting out carbs, sugars, gluten, and dairy for the most part.
When I did this I noticed my control improved exponentially while edging. I could bring my arousal up and down easily while watching porn...usually this never happens its pretty much instant then I have to stop completely for a long time, or just end it. I know its one of these things because I broke my diet the other day (royally with a night of drinking and eating junk food) and I lost the control, as soon as I got back on my diet, I gained it back.
Has anyone on here cut out any of these nutrients and seen a benefit?
It makes me wonder if this chronic PE is a symptom of something larger. I asked my Dr. about it as well, waiting on a response. But if I find something out ill post it.
