Yes I have anterior pelvic tilt, no it doesn't effect pre ejaculation. If anything it hinders my sprinting because of additional strain it put on my hamstrings. Not having sex is what hurts your premature ejaculation. If you want to get better at something, do it more often. Edging is different than sex because we sit still and jerk it. You use pelvic motion during sex and that makes a big difference in how fast you cum. Edge while you are having sex. Make sure you practice proper breathing as well. Breathe through your diaphragm.

Thanks for your reply but, how do you know that it has no effect on your premature ejaculation?

Because I don't have premature ejaculation. Tight hip flexors and weak abdominal wall are what caused my anterior pelvic tilt. I never stretched much and I never directly worked my abs. It has nothing to do with my pelvic floor because I don't suck in my stomach and still breathe normally (through diaphragm). It only affects my running because I can't use my long leg length to stride naturally. If I do, I strain my hamstrings because of the force I run with. Im currently fixing it.

If you ejaculate quickly have sex more often to practice for stamina, and/or get rid of any anxiety.

Oh, ok! I misunderstood your reply. I thought that you had premature ejaculation too. Thanks for the reply!

I began working to fix my APT today. Now that I am aware of it I have noticed 3 things:
              1. My posture is horrible.
              2. I always thought that I had strong glutes but they are very weak.
              3. I never sit on the bones that Paul789 said unless I do it consciously.
I will do my best to fix it and I will report the results in two months.

thats great, you can't achieve good posture unless you sit on your sit bones (ischial tuberosity) just by doing this you will be releasing pressure from your PF. Remember posture mainly comes from your skeleton not muscle.

It would be a logical fallacy to imply all men who watch porn will have premature ejaculation issues. Not all men abuse porn, nor do all men use it in a manner which may lead to premature ejaculation.

There are also those who are able to function without apparent issue even if they regularly view/stimulate themselves to it.

I thought that viokiwi was the first to write about this but there was a thread since 2013. It was discussed recently (the last post was on August) but I missed it. It was a poll too. Here is the link:
