  • Surprising change to PE due to CrossFit

    Hi folks,

Wanted to share a story of a recent thing that happened to me and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I joined a CrossFit class a couple of weeks ago where we do a lot of leg and pelvic floor stretching. I go to the class 5 times a week.
Anyway, I have had PE issues where I have to try very hard to make sex sessions with the wife last, I would say my average time was about 5-10 minutes before finishing.

This past weekend I had sex with the wife on Saturday and Sunday, and surprise surprise, both sessions where about 30+ minutes, and actually had to push hard towards the end to finish because my wife was about to pass out. Poor thing, second time she could barely get up, LOL.

Anyway, I just saw the article on the front page of this site about 'Pelvic Floor Health and Male Sexuality' and felt I had to share my experience and see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

    Thx

Wow...Congratulations and thank you for sharing! I may need to look into this now.

Yes, WOW! Very surprising results, I was not doing the exercises with the purpose of addressing my PE. The experience last weekend has made me double my efforts when going to class. I am curious to see how things go this coming weekend, will report back.

GTX, would you mind sharing what kind of leg and pelvic floor stretching you're doing in this class? Anything noteworthy you think may be contributing to your stamina?

Man, would love to list out all of the stretches, but I don't have all the names down for them yet. We do squats, lunges, and mountain climbers to name a few, but there are others that my coach makes us do. I am going to talk to him tonight about getting a routine from him that I can do on my own to stretch the pelvic floor, let me come back to you.

              That would be awesome, thanks!

For those members interested here is a link to commonly suggested stretches for the pelvic region commonly used onsite .

                    https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...ber-input.html

Just a quick note here the pelvic floor should both be strong and relaxed/flexible . It is possible to concentrate on pf relaxation over strength to such an extent that negative effects occur . This is very rarely seen with stretches though is usually an effect of extreame reverse kegels only routines done by those with pre e .

This is great thread. I started doing 150-200 glute bridges/hip lifts daily since last 10 days or so and I am experiencing great control and I can do intense edging.

If you haven't already seen it look up the "frog pump" variation. I find it, for me much more effective.

                          Hi folks, reporting back.

I spoke to my CrossFit coach about stretching for pelvic floor tightness, he told me that a few of the stretches he has us do will impact the pelvic floor, such as hip lifts, but overall, CrossFit is about stretching and strengthening your entire body, and building up stamina.

As far as my progress, had Valentine's morning sex session that didn't last long at all, but had sex again this weekend and I lasted a good while, and always felt in control. Just like penis enlargement work, I believe this is something that needs to be routinely worked on and it will yield good results. I am excited about what has happened to me and will continue to work at it.

If you don't have access to a CrossFit gym, I suggest you look on YouTube for videos of stretching, I am sure you will find specific examples, which is probably better than me trying to list out here.

Umm as already stated there is a list onsite with links I posted the link earlier in this thread .
For that matter yoga is probably more suited for this purpose than crossfit .

Sorry Pegasus, must have missed it. Whatever works for folks, just wanted to say that maybe there is something to this type of work.
