this is for me very intimate topic. I feel ashamed of my issue, but I think time has come for me to do something about it. Not that I haven't tried, but I believe I haven't really focused properly as I have always put more emphasis on enlarging my penis. But as I am on a break from PE now, I think I should use the time in a meaningful way.
A little bit about my PreE:
Since I was 14 I used to masturbate a lot. Up to 6 times a day and often rushed it a lot. Then I started to have sex a bit later and I was usually able to last around 5 minutes (when sober). Which now I would consider almost OK. I met my wife and was still able to last around 5 minutes. Actually I had problems cumming in standing positions or after gym for example.. but then... two things happened. 1) She got pregnant. We didn't have sex so often but instead she jerked me off and I tried to finish asap, because I didn't want my pregnant wife to get exhausted.. 2) I changed position in my company, which brought more responsibilities and more stress.
After my wife gave birth to our daughter and we started having sex again, I was suddenly lasting 30-60 seconds. This was bothering me, but until this day (5 years later) not much has improved.
I tried edging, but I find it useless. It's not stimulating for me enough, so I can actually go for hour and not cum. I did RK's, however not really consistently. Tried some hindi squats. Nothing ever worked really. For some reason my PF is very tight during sex and I can't help it.
Recently I bought PYT. This stuff really works and makes me last again 5+ minutes of constant thrusting, but it is just curing symptoms. But at least it made me realize, that this stuff is physiological, or at least partially.
You know not being able to last long in bed made me feel really shitty about myself and PYT finally gave me some confidence again. But I don't want to rely on PYT. I want to cure the root causes of my PreE. I am not sure what to do exactly, so any advice will be welcome. Anyway without any input from outside my current plan is this:
I am not sure if this is enough, but I really want to improve the situation and go at least back to where I was before my wife's first pregnancy.
If there won't be any progress in time I will switch to more radical techniques like rubbing naked glands with a piece of cloth or even death grip. And please don't preach about how glans should stay sensitive and how silly it is to desensitize it. All I can tell you is that I love the feeling of thrusting inside my wife after I using PYT. It feels million times better than cumming after 30 seconds of slow semi-thrusting from which I have barely any pleasure.

- RKs throughout the day
- checking whether my PF is tight throughout the day
- glute bridges in the evening
- deep squats in the evening
