    Hi guys,
    this is for me very intimate topic. I feel ashamed of my issue, but I think time has come for me to do something about it. Not that I haven't tried, but I believe I haven't really focused properly as I have always put more emphasis on enlarging my penis. But as I am on a break from PE now, I think I should use the time in a meaningful way.

    A little bit about my PreE:
    Since I was 14 I used to masturbate a lot. Up to 6 times a day and often rushed it a lot. Then I started to have sex a bit later and I was usually able to last around 5 minutes (when sober). Which now I would consider almost OK. I met my wife and was still able to last around 5 minutes. Actually I had problems cumming in standing positions or after gym for example.. but then... two things happened. 1) She got pregnant. We didn't have sex so often but instead she jerked me off and I tried to finish asap, because I didn't want my pregnant wife to get exhausted.. 2) I changed position in my company, which brought more responsibilities and more stress.
    After my wife gave birth to our daughter and we started having sex again, I was suddenly lasting 30-60 seconds. This was bothering me, but until this day (5 years later) not much has improved.
    I tried edging, but I find it useless. It's not stimulating for me enough, so I can actually go for hour and not cum. I did RK's, however not really consistently. Tried some hindi squats. Nothing ever worked really. For some reason my PF is very tight during sex and I can't help it.
    Recently I bought PYT. This stuff really works and makes me last again 5+ minutes of constant thrusting, but it is just curing symptoms. But at least it made me realize, that this stuff is physiological, or at least partially.

    You know not being able to last long in bed made me feel really shitty about myself and PYT finally gave me some confidence again. But I don't want to rely on PYT. I want to cure the root causes of my PreE. I am not sure what to do exactly, so any advice will be welcome. Anyway without any input from outside my current plan is this:

    1. glans squeezes throughout the day
    2. RKs throughout the day
    3. checking whether my PF is tight throughout the day
    4. glute bridges in the evening
    5. deep squats in the evening

    7. thrusting into homemade fleshlight in the evening (on nights without sex)


    I am not sure if this is enough, but I really want to improve the situation and go at least back to where I was before my wife's first pregnancy.
    If there won't be any progress in time I will switch to more radical techniques like rubbing naked glands with a piece of cloth or even death grip. And please don't preach about how glans should stay sensitive and how silly it is to desensitize it. All I can tell you is that I love the feeling of thrusting inside my wife after I using PYT. It feels million times better than cumming after 30 seconds of slow semi-thrusting from which I have barely any pleasure.

    Do you use the arousal scale?

    Do you use porn when edging?

    Have long do you hold your hindi squats for?

      - no, I don't. I am aware of it. The thing is, my PF feels very tight during sex and that seems to be my main issue. Arousal may play some role too, but definitely not the main one.

      Do you use porn when edging?
      - no. I used to use pictures (not porn) to keep my member erect, but later I even cut that off.

      How long do you hold your hindi squats for?
      - I didn't really do them regularly every day really, but when i did, it was rather up to 5 minutes in total. First I used to do squatting, but later switched holding one long squat later on..

      As I said, I was not consistent and I want to change that. For that however I will need some simple routine I can follow.

            Believe me, once you have fixed your PF thing start to look much better. I have almost completely get rid of my thightness and now it's all a lot more easier.

              Somethings to try for a tight pelvic floor:

              Tennis ball massage: sit on a tennis ball. Move to different positions around your pelvic floor. I did this while sitting on my work chair and in the car while driving.

              Stretches:
              Happy baby pose
              Hindi squats
              Butterfly
              Pigeon
              Child’s pose
              And many more...
              Hold for 20-30 seconds each. Do 2x per day every day.

              Look into hip position/rotation and APT.

                Start to use arousal scale while edging and sex, having awareness of the fine movements in your arousal will really help. Start from 0-10, and eventually become aware of arousel up to one decimal place, ie 1.2, 2.5, etc.

                If edging with no stimulation doesn't help, you might need to progress your edging. It can be speed of your stroke or pictures, imagination, or porn. You want to get used to building yourself up to a higher level of arousal and then halting it there.

                Try holding a continous squat for as long as you can, it will really stretch out your pf.

                  Thanks for all the advice given. I will buy a tennis ball to do the massages and will also try different stretches daily and will hold long squats too.
                  I am not going to edge with my hands though - I will use my homemade fleshlight and maybe the magic wand vibrator from time to time.

                  Regarding my arousal levels: usually I don't feel extremely aroused, but still the tightness in my PF is building up during sex way too quickly to the point where there is no going back. I am not sure if this is what we can call arousal level, because to me it sounds like arousal would be rather something in my head.
                  Also wanted to mention I am not doing any start/stops during sex. My wife is not a fan and they actually don't help me much.
                  During my edging efforts I always tried to stay away from ponr. I find it quite stupid to learn how to balance on the edge, because for me this is simply impossible during real sex. Staying away from ponr is the way for me to go.

                  I had sex yesterday, but I used PYT again. Just a little (less than last time), but I guess it helped a lot. I don't ever bring phone to bed when having sex to check the time (I just don't think it's a good idea), so if I had to guess I kept thrusting at lower frequency (1 thrust a second maybe) for 4 minutes in missionary position doing RK's and deep breathing. Then my wife came and I increased the frequency and changed position slightly. Suddenly I realized I was losing control - doing some mild IK's. I immediately started deep breathing and RK's again. But there were moments where I kept losing it for a second or two.
                  I am actually not complaining because I know that I was pretty much never in control during sex in last few years - I always forget to try to control myself while having sex. So yesterday was kind of an improvement from my point of view. In the end I lasted around another 2-3 minutes of fast thrusting before cumming. I can tell my wife is more happy with longer sex sessions, but on the other hand I believe she's not the marathon type. Especially with three small kids to take care of, we are both pretty tired everyday.

                  My plan is to lower doses of PYT no matter what and rely more on my self-control during sex.

                    If you don't mind me asking, which PYT did you buy? If you search on amazon you get some results, but if you search on google, it takes you to a hidden amazon pyt balm that isn't listed on the searches that has almost 100 reviews, it's the "genuine" one.

                          Hmm, I didn't really do much about my Pre-E lately. I've done some glans squeezing and RK's, but not too much. Seems my motivation to get bigger is stronger than to get rid of Pre-E. Anyway I've been using PYT lately and I was able to prolong sessions with my wife. However on Saturday I used PYT (not too big amount) and I had difficulties to cum. Eventually I did, but had to try a lot. I am not complaining, it was just something quite new to me. I mean I have experienced it in the past a few times (drunk or after gym), but not in last few years.
                          I must say I really controlled myself in the first few minutes by holding light RK's. Plan for the near future:
                          • lower PYT doses
                          • some glans squeezing
                          • staying focused during sex (avoiding IK's)
                          • tennis ball massages
                          • PF stretching from time to time


                          My observations and feeling is that PF stretching is more effective than RKing for releasing tension in PF. Still RK's are important to learn, so one is able to use them during sex.

                            Nice nice nice. Contractulation!! Many member didnt get benefit from PYT but very nice to hear you last longer with it.

                            You mentioned about lasting longer after gym. What exercise you did in the gym that day.

                              From your opening post it sounds like you kind of had the same situation I had, even the daughter part lol.
                              After my daughter was born and frequency of sex dropped, I started having major problems with lasting.

                              How is your overall fitness? I quit the gym 4 years ago after i found out my gf was pregnant and I needed to buckle down. I feel like as my fitness level dropped so did my stamina. Once my fitness dropped I think it exacerbated my other issues with my tight PF and APT.

                              Now i'm working on APT
                              Hip flexor stretches and hollow body crunches for building core strength.

                              PF stretches
                              Hindi squats
                              Tennis ball massage

                              RK throughout the day

                              Build a routine and keep consistent.
                              We are training for a race in a sense.
