  • is it finally over?

    Well guys I want to keep this short so...

    For the last month or so I've finally understood how to properly do reverse kegels and I do them religiously all day.

    This last 2 weeks I've noticed tremendous difference when I masturbate with porn.

    I start watching the video, after a minute or two my dick gets on a scale of 6-7. I start masturbate the first 1-2 minutes I feel a small urge to cum but after 2 minutes my dick gets super hard and I don't feel nothing at all. I start masturbating furiously and after 8-9 minutes I try really hard to cum but because I want to, not because I feel the urge to cum. To keep it short, after 1-2 minutes I feel I have total control and it's actually hard to ejaculate. I don't know what to believe but I'm 85% percent sure that I'm cured. I just don't know the next step now since I have zero dating experience and I only had a girlfriend before, but with her I had normal sex without PE.

    Just one last thing I want to add is that even if a try sex with a real girl and still PE I will be 100% positive that this time its 100% mental/anxiety and nothing else because when I masturbate furiously I feel like I have 100% control.

    So thank you guys... I'll post again in a week or so and tell you if the gains continue to exist.

    It's always different in sex.
    There many other factors, including mental.
    But for one when it's your hand you are always in control. When there is a woman she does about 50%. Changes the rhythm, tension, etc.

      Before I wasn't in control when masturbating even when I was trying to slow down I would still PE.

          Congratulations on your progress. That skill you’ve developed is definitely a piece of the puzzle. Maybe for you, that’s all you’ll need to make real sex work.

          Some other things to work on that may help are:
          1. Learn to relax your breathing and calm your mind. Do you breathe into your belly (diaphragm breathing)? Have you tried triangle breathing. It will help lower your anxiety.
          2. Learn to link your diaphragm breathing to your reverse kegels. Use that even during foreplay to keep your arousal under control before starting sex. Also, use it during sex.
          3. Are you using lube and a flesh light while edging? Is your masturbation similar in feeling to real sex?

            Don't jump the gun just get, sitting back and edging is easy to do once you 'got it' on how to relax/RK. Sex involves a lot of movement plus all the other things involved with sex which makes the release of the PF so much harder. So I doubt you're cured, but it's definitely a leap in the right direction

              I'm not edging I'm masturbating so hard my hand hurts for ten minutes after. My a ha moment easier when everything I read about rks was becoming true eg feeling it like a balloon expanding.

              I know there are many of you who doubt me but I'm telling you I know myself and before with 8-10 strokes I was done. Now there is just not an urge to come.snd feels really new and totally weird.

                I'm just saying... If it comes to sex and you last 2 pumps, don't lose faith. Many people can edge/masturbate for 20+ min and still blow on under a few seconds. If it has worked for you then congrats! Let us know when you put it to the test in the bedroom

                  Agreed I'm still in recovery and I can edge a solid 10mins before the first edge but during real sex i get to ponr at 10 seconds. It's a whole different ball game. Different positions different muscles tensing. But! Your progress sounds legitimate in the sense of controlling the arousal.

                  Something to consider as well. In the first 2 mins how close do you get to ponr? Iv learned for my body at least if I get to juuuust before I hit the ponr and stop, I may have a light IK but then I can last a good bit after. It's as if your body thinks you came but u didnt. You keep your erection but sensation drops alot. This is very tough to do consistently for me at least but I know it happens.

                    No it's not like that. What you described is called multiple dry orgasm I believe. In the first two minutes I don't get very close to ponr I just worry that I might cum because that's what I'm used to. But after two minutes I just don't feel any sensation I just feel confident that I can go on as much as I want and I succeed every time.

                        Your case is somewhat different. You said that sex was normal (no PreE). So you are labeling yourself as premature ejaculator based on your masturbation experience. Who knows, maybe you are not a premature ejaculator after all. In the past I experienced that thing you mention that if I managed to survive the first two minutes then like magic PONR disappeared and could last a lot longer, but it wasn't always like in your case, for me those were very sporadic occasions. Your case don't seems so bad if it is a matter of lasting more than two minutes. You can do things to dissimulate that you are about to ejaculate and survive those two minutes. For example take your penis out and switch position to make some time.
                        To test your control try to do it after severals days without ejaculating and see if your control is the same.

                            I am/was premature ejaculator. My doctor told me that it was possible the shape of the vagina of my ex could be the reason I wasnt ejaculating prematurely but I never believed him because three days before we broke up I was ejaculating prematurely with her and she was super surprised and couldn't believe it.
