For the longest time I thought the Bc muscle was in the front of your body, wrapping around the base of your penis where it just meets your belly area. Is this the spot where the front rk is meant to be felt?
I’ve mainly been trying to release my anus clenching + Bc area when I rk.
Check out anatomical pictures where the muscles are marked.
Reverse movements basically mean the muscles are stretched out and not contracting.
The BC kegel is a contraction of the BC muscle. It wraps over the CS inside your body.
The front Reverse kegel, imo, also engages the ischiacavernuosus muscles. But relaxes the BC muscles and pushes/stretches the perineum outwards.
The back RK expands the anus up to the tailbone.
Try also to do a full Pelvic floor RK.
It gets much cleared when you look at pictures

This is how I learned the PF.
First was the doing enough Hindi squats massages and stretches that my PF unlocked and I could feel a RK. The area i felt it in first was the green section.
I thought these were front RKs so i got pretty good at doing them stronger and throughout the day. After i got stretched out good in the green section, i noticed my hindi squats started feeling like they were stretching more of the yellow section up to the lower half of the green section.
My assumption was the purple section was where back reverse kegels would be felt but I can hardly do them. Feel like i could gain control but id need to work on it. Regardless though I just recently tried to move my strong reverse kegel from the green section up to the blue section. This is where I believe I had the most success so far with arousal and erection dropping.
Now I just started working on the blue section so take what i say with a grain of salt but i think this is where the focus should be. Blue and green sections. You will feel more of a Peeing feeling when you move into the blue circle but if you go just far enough but right before you pee, you will feel a higher up the BC release. Play around with doing RKs on your back and try to move the feeling up and down the BC muscle. This is how i got better at identifying muscle memory.My PE Thread

Like you, I thought RKs were the purple (I suppose that’s what the Back RK should be....)
So I assume a front RK should be the green/blue? Is that correct?
It sounds like doing hindis made you stretch out the green first, then yellow. Guess it spreads out from the green?

Doing hindi squats was certainly one part of the stretching that helped alot. Especially coupled with breathing and RKs.My PE Thread
