  • My PE got worse, notice my perinium is hard as concrete and hurts

    I was taking my pre e a bit more seriously the past month, actually cumming every 3 sessions and doing the deathgrip. I also hindi squatted for a bit here and there. Anyways, like usual I ended up slacking and stopped. I noticed that when I edge on my side on my bed (the norm for me) that my perineum would get as hard as concrete, and it'd hurt how tense it was. No matter what I did, breathing, trying to what i think is a RK, relaxing, etc it would not help in the slightest. I'm not sure how to fix this. One problem I had with Hindi squats is that it would just hurt my thighs, but after awhile I could do 10 minute sessions easily, I still don't know how to RK properly so I don't even bother with that while doing hindi.

    Weird thing happened today, I was in bed and about to finish so I got up to grab a sock or something near me lol, anyways, when I stood up the rock feeling went away and I honestly had to chase my orgasm. My erection went from a 10 to a 6 and I had to really kegal and chase it, honestly got annoying. I have no idea why that happened though, could it be because I stood up? Could it be because I lost all focus for a bit and focused entirely on trying to find a sock?

    You may want to consider doing the pelvic floor stretches daily. Also, I found the pelvic floor massage by sitting on a tennis ball to be effective. The stickies have a list of good stretches. Happy baby pose is one that I really feel. There’s also some good pelvic floor stretching videos on YouTube. I tried to do the stretches twice a day.

    Have you looked into APT. Do you have a dip in your lower back? If your hips are rotated anteriorly, it pull your pelvic floor tight.

      Breathe into your pelvic floor / perineum. Outwards pressure. Similar to a Reverse Kegel.

        Should I be doing RK's when I do them though? Is that very important, I'm hoping I can just do the stretches instead of doing the kegals. I do have APT

          It is kind of a staple piece of the puzzle. You need to work on the APT yes but that will make it easier for you to RK. The constant relaxing of the BC muscle apparently helps retrain the muscle to stay relaxed instead of how so many of us trained the muscle to flex or kegel always.

          Why you dropped arousal is probably the focus as well as when you got up you just changed the gravity of your position. It probably moved blood out of the area and down into your legs when you got up but I probably wouldn't worry about it unless it is a consistent issue.

            Which exercises would you say would help a lot? I was doing one where I lied on my back with my knees bent then tilted my hips and flexed my abs so my lowered back touched the ground and did those about 20 or so times. That was it
