    OK, so a little while ago I posted a thread about something I call "levelling up": https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...d-orgasms.html

    Essentially, what happens is that if I used a well-timed kegel close to the PONR, I could cause myself to expel a little bit of pre-cum, which would dramatically ease the pressure to orgasm and give me a huge boost in stamina. This can happen one or two times per session, and I'd call each time a "level". Anyways, since I noticed this, I've been following minuteman's dry orgasm guide and doing a combination of pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercises to achieve still better control over this phenomenon, and as the muscles strengthen, I've noticed something new: instead of pre-cum, I now pretty much get a full ejaculation--only without orgasm, and with substantially greater relief and enhanced stamina. It's hard to accomplish, but when it's timed right, I actually ejeculate semen, but with no loss of erection and with no orgasm. When this happens, I'm able to continue fucking/masturbating for several more minutes thereafter before actually ejaculating with orgasm.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a good thing? Clearly, this is something different from the "dry orgasm" phenomenon that some people experience, but still, it seems to come with greater control/stronger PC muscles, so it must be a positive thing. Can anyone else ejaculate without orgasm?

    I dont know what you mean about ejaculate without orgasm but I can ejaculate 2 times in row and my penis is still hard. Before when was young i can ejaculate 4 times in row and still staying hard and my personal record is ejaculating 9 times in 24h. Everytime I have notice that after ejaculation the girl is not interested in sex anymore.

    I believe semen have alot of sexual energy built up so dont waste it even you can stay hard after ejaculation.

      Think this is playing around with the refractory period after you cum your penis goes into this state. When you hold back you dont actually get the full release which is probably why u can stay hard.
      I do the same thing when I get to ponr I kegel hard to prevent the ejaculation. Most of the time unless crazy horny, I go down to 70% erection but back up in a minute or so.

      Feel like this is a tool to use not a cure for preE tho. I hit ponr quickly round 1 but holding back and going into round 2 I can last 20mins or so.

      I did have a question tho about this kind of holding back. When edging, is it bad to end the edging session with a kegel hold. It's mostly suggested not to finish until 3rd or 4th session and holding back is kind of like finishing but not. Just wondering how if affects the plateau building.

        no, this is something different from shortening the refractory period. Whenever I actually have an orgasm, I lose my erection 100%. In this case, I kegel and ejaculate semen (but a slightly smaller volume than with an orgasm) and the sensation is reduced, but my erection stays 100% and I have no sensation of orgasm whatsoever. It's basically the same as what used to happen when I would pre-cum, but like now I pre-cum full on semen. Unlike the first poster, I definitely still have a refractory period after achieving an actual orgasm.

          It really depends at what point you catch it though. I'v kegeled just as the first hit to PONR and iv kegeled just before that and had different results. Depending where i catch it, i get a light PONR and stay 100 maybe go to 90 for 10 seconds or so but the sensation certainly drops. Not sure i understand about the ejaculate semen part.

          Are you saying that you kegel and it stops the orgasm but not the semen? TBH it kind of sounds like if you had a stronger kegel you would be able to hold back the semen too. This is what I'v had to do almost every time i have sex because of the short round 1. Hit PONR hold a kegel till it stops the spasms and continue.

            I don't inderstand what you think the advantage is?
            Surly having a dry orgasm then another and so on is preferable to a partial ejac or 2 ? You should train to develop control without ejaculation.

              The only advantage is it is a bandaid and should be a backup tool. The goal is to not need to use kegels to stop ejaculation but to gain control so you decide when you want to finish.

                Ok well partial ejaculation is regarded as a partial success in the mmo world and a steping stone to true mmo.
                In that sense it is a positive and a marker of progress .

                    A kegel at ponr is the standard method of mmo taught onsite though there are other methods.

                      Please note there is training involved in becoming mmo some guys think it is a simple trick and risk injury.

                        It may happen while sleeping or, being over stimulation. Doing PE training or being teased.
