    Hi, i realised i have a bad case of PE a year ago when i was having sex with my ex and i cum as soon as i penetrated her.

    However it wasnt like this before that because i was able to have sex for a good 3-5min before with my ex ex girlfriend. I think it was because of bad masturbation habit that i accumulated afterwards which involve clenching of PC muscle frequently and letting my arousal run wild.

    I recently got a new gf and i really only want to give her the best. I realise my pe issue still exist because the other day i was so close to cumming even just by humping and her touching my dick. Damn. I have been on the forum for quite a while and i have tried ssri for 2 weeks last month but i decided to quit it although the effects were great it is only temporary and i do not want to rely on it for the rest if my life. Thus this is my plan for the next month at least!

    Week 1:
    A) rk x 70 2 sec daily, kegel x 30 2 sec daily
    B) edging daily for at least 15mins-30 ( i mean plateue instead of start stop and really trying not to reach ponr)
    C) stretches daily (following the pre90 stretches) including tennis ball massage
    D) APT stretches daily ( i suspect i have them)
    E) penis stretch daily (i saw somewhere that someone was stretching their penis every night to eliminate iks - gonna do it since no harm)
    F) EDGING with STU x 3 in a week (do not really have privacy at home )

    Current situation: having alot of iks just by simply touching it or even sitting down. Gonna try eliminating it through reverse kegels and stretches.
    These iks are not really hard kegel sort but actually tensions.

    Day 1:

    Tried the STU and was not even able to thrust for 5-6 strokes. Felt like i reach ponr asap and my dick was really tense while having lots of IKs. I gave up and kept it away as i feel this start stop technique is not very beneficial and take it that i am not ready for this yet

    Edged in the shower for a good 15mins afterward without feeling ponr but had a lot of iks which i tried to reduce by doing rk.

        Sounds like a good plan to start with. Good luck to you.

        During edging sessions, over time try to work in some relaxation breathing. I did a lot of the triangle breathing when I first started edging and using a STU. Breathe into your belly with your diaphragm for X seconds, hold for X seconds, and exhale for X seconds. I would rotate my hips to counter act the APT during the “hold” period and would do a RK.

        This will likely take time to retrain your body. Stay consistent and keep track of your pelvic floor tightness, arousal level, and mental state and I’m sure you’ll make progress.

          Forgot to post yesterday!

          Day 2:
          Didnt really had the time to practice cause was out with the girlfriend for the wholeday.

          Spent a good 10-15 mins alone in the toilet during my work break and just really focusing on my iks and spasm while stroking slowly. Rked whenever i felt iks and over time the iks were slowly getting lesser. However, tried touching the super sensitive area of head and would still iks.

          Actually im not very sure because my iks are not really hard iks like those that would jump hard like a regular kegel, its just tension in the pf that i feel like mini iks. Gotta aim on eliminating these for this week.

          I saw somewhere that people mentioned not to rk during edging but under plateau edging threads, they say rk while edging so i am not very sure what to adhere to hmm. Any suggestions?

          Also did my usual stretches at night with 15mins of tennis ball massage and penis stretches by just pulling it. Hope to gain progress!

              Edging with hand (dry): 18mins first ponr at 2-3 sec per stroke
              Edging with hand (lub): 3-4mins first ponr at 2-3 sec per stroke
              Edging with stu: fml 1min first ponr

              I had difficulty rking today while edging, not sure why but my arousal was not going down after hitting 9 while edging with lub.

              Still i have this problem where i am not sure if my dick is having iks when sitting down or is it just tension - its kind of like a tingling sensation. Not sure if its soreness after edging. Hope someone could advise me on this. Cheers

                    I have much better luck staying at a lower arousal level than trying to come down from a 9 with RKs. If you don’t want to stop/start, then slow your rate down, keep your mind calm, RK, rotate your hips to counteract APT, and focus on not clenching the pelvic floor. It might take a while for you to get your pelvic floor loose and flexible outside of edging with tennis ball massage and stretching before you see progress while edging. I also did some visualization where I would imagine the intense arousal feeling spreading and dissipating through my body.

                    Rewiring your brain and developing the techniques will take time and effort. I like your thoughtful approach. You are trying things and asking questions. This is a big experiment.

                    I don’t know about the tingling sensation. I remember when I first started RK and stretching, my pelvic floor always felt strange.

                        Day 4

                        Read the stickies and decided i am going to follow bygd arousal guide when edging. So this is currently week 1

                        Goals: 15mins of edging with lub without feeling Ponr just staying at 7

                        Current day 1 of arousal program:
                        15min edging with lub. 5-6min before reaching ponr at 9. Was really dancing between 7 to 8.5 trying to keep reminding myself to go down to 7.

                        Then i got distracted and tried ballooning for 10mins which was super intensive. iks were mad hard! I found out i have more than 1 sensitive spot, i guess it is also because my dick is really shaped like a mushrrom and really stroking from the bottom of the head to the top is really super aensitive and gives mad Iks. During rhe ballonning session, i tried deathgriping a lil by simply applying tighter and harder pressure hoping to desensitize it.

                        I also realised i forget to breathe from time to time. Tried the triangle breathing that mr willgetbetter suggested. Didnt really see the difference between normal belly breathing tbh. Hmm..

                        Did my rk routine and hindi squat as well as tennis ball massage with yoga stretches. Can fee that my pf is looser now. But not sure how it is helping with the iks during edging :/

                        Questions (hope experts or whoever can advise)

                        Qn1 : will the timing during edging improve because the iks get lesser or you are just to the sensitivity tht you can just stay at 7 easier?

                        Qn 2: kinda stupid but i haven really use lub before but am i suppose to keep dispensing more lub on my hand? cause it doesnt stay wet after a while and it becomes kind of sticky but still lubricated.

                        At first i thought it is suppose to be as wet as possible because during sex your girl vagina would be wet Af. Hope someone can advice me on this.

                        Qn 3: bygd arousal program mentioned that not to rk when edging but only when you want to get it down to 7. but i read another thread for plateue edging that you can hold a light rk when edging constantly to reduce iks and not just during breaks. So i am not sure which one to follow. Hope to get advice on this.


                        It is freaking 4am now and i am suppose to wake up at 8. This is really thr sacrifice i gotta make! LETS GET IT! Thanks for the help so far!

                          Edging is a large area of study and there are many methods . I will look for a thread to assist you .

                          Are you doing any stretches to improve pelvic tension .

                              Q1: I don’t know. When I look back at my thread, I did a lot of training methods at the same time. Also, my IKs, arousal levels, time to PONR, etc all fluctuated a lot at the beginning. It’s hard to make a direct correlation. All together, my IKs started reducing, my pelvic floor got looser, my time to PONR increased, and I could handle the intense frenulum/glans feelings.

                              Q2: I either put more on or just do a refresh with a little water. If you’re using a flesh light, I’m guessing you know to use only water-based lube.

                              Q3: I wouldn’t worry too much about doing it right. Treat it like an experiment and try a lot of things. You’ll find something that works for you.
