  • PRE-E routine not working

    I have been doing PE for the past 20 months and seen good results on length and ok results on girth. I also have PRE-E and have been doing penis stretches for the past 20 months. I Have added glan squeezing and vibrating the glans, but just like before I get IK’S when close to ponr and none before it. I have also read that spreading ass cheeks works like manual rk and when I edge, I usually do this, which may help slightly. I have added Hindi squats, reverse kegel (during edging for 1 hr usually in two or three sessions for five times a week). I have added tennis ball massage for the past month and perform it around 1:30 hr per day in 3 or 4 sessions. I am planning to do more yoga stretches such as child pose, happy child, cat-cow and others regularly as well. I always had PRE-E and almost always cum in less than 1 minute. I have been able to last longer with some help for the past 5 years (Cialis, antihistamine, tramadol, pyt, alcohol, cannabis, etc). I am regular cannabis smoker and usually smoked before having sex other than mornings and it helps a little, but nothing major. Since practicing edging, if I get to PONR and stop edging and come back after few hours, I still get to PONR very fast (I even do tennis ball massage and fowfer stretches between the time), but once I reach PONR once, if I start again, I get to ponr much faster than normal. I know everyone says it helps if you cum only once or twice a week, but I can’t do that, since if I edge and get to ponr and stop and then have sex after 8 hours, I cum much faster than if I didn’t get to ponr while edging. I have a very high libido and even after Cumming, I feel like having sex all the time (my refractory period sometimes is zero and I can keep going but doesn’t feel the same much less sensitive and erection may not be 10/10). My wife knows about my issue, but doesn’t like me to take anything to fix it and recently we usually have sex and I come twice (first time fast and then takes much longer, but not the same since sensitivity is less and erection is not always 10/10 and stopping and cleaning is def a mood killer). If I think we have sex at night, then if I edge, I feel like I have to cum and if I don’t, I will get to PONR right away and can’t even last 30 seconds. So, I probably cum once and then twice during sex. I think I cum around 10 times a week (between 2-3 times a week sex and usually twice each time and at least 5 times masturbating while edging. Since I edge for long time with porn and near PONR for a long time, MOST OF THE TIME I CUM UNPLANNED WITH ONE EXTRA TOUCH (I also clamp and I have came by accident during clamping several times, just in time to take clamp off).

    Fyi - I have been to chiropractor and don’t have APT.

    I can somewhat hold a steady RK while standing during sex with legs wide open (reverse V), but need to hold it the whole time and sensitivity drops and doesn’t feel the same and by far the worst is missionary.

    Anything I am missing that might help?

      I don’t have one on website, but probably have the most complete excel log book of anyone with over 20 columns and comments section from the first day I started back In July if 2017. Most of it is for PE, but I also have columns for stretches, Hindi squat, tennis ball massage, edging, sex duration and occurrence, comments on how the sex went and also what I did that day before the sex or during edging. I. Summary my PRE-E routine ya been stretching (usually holding light to throughout) for the past 20 month, Hindi squats for the past 8 months (around 10 min per day and I try to do triangular breathing and few most on the back side of ro), edging seriously for the past 6 months for sessions of 30 min for about an hour 5 days a week (around ponr for most of it and sometimes just one touch away and I cum by accident), while edging, I am able to rk when below 7 arousal, but anything over that and I can’t bring the arousal down (I always edge with porn and usually cockring on to have 100% or mor erection). Once I reach Ponr, if I stop and go back to edging after like 8 hours (or have sex), I still reach orgasm way faster than normal. I have started tennis ball massage for the past month as well.
