    hi guys i need some clarification please because I'm pretty confused,
    I'm convinced that once you reach the ponr you should reverse kegel which is logical
    but here https://www.pegym.com/articles/premature-ejaculation-5 it is recommended to hold a normal kegel instead of reverse kegel wouldn't that only tense the pelvic floor I mean it's an official article by pegym
    so my question is should I stick with reverse kegel before ponr or switch to kegel?
    and another question please, what is the ideal time of vaginal intercourse for a woman?

    Hey my friend, welcome to the forums. Look like you have done some research which is awesome. Continue your reading as there are many ways to skin a cat.

    For me, I don't hold a kegel or reverse kegel, I maintain a neutral pelvic floor to push through the PONR. Everyone is different, so experiment with many things. Eventually you will find what works for you.

        - Should you focus on kegels or reverse kegels?
        Reverse kegels help to control your arousal. When you RK, you relax the PF. A tight PF makes your arousal spike faster and cum quicker.
        Kegels will bring you to the PONR faster which is why it is said to use them just before or as you hit the PONR to have a dry orgasm. This is difficult for those who haven't trained their kegels or have a weak kegel muscle. I have a strong kegel because of bad masturbation and sex habits. Flexing your lower abs along with kegeling is a strong combo to prevent ejaculation but make sure you practice before you try it in the bedroom.

        -Ideal time to penetrate a woman?
        When she wants you too, if she doesn't that's rape :P
        Every woman is different, my gf can finish in a couple minutes but can last an hour + so it all depends on what she wants and what you can give her.

        - Reps of deep squats vs one long deep squat?
        Reps of deep squats id assume are more for exercise, one long deep squat is more for stretching.
        I couldn't tell you for sure because I try to do 2 long deep hindi squats daily 10mins each.
