    Hi Paul789, do you stretch your hip flexors everyday? I sit only when i eat, shit and in the car/bus. I have standing desk in workplace so I dont sit at work anymore.       Omg, I stretched my hip flexors for 6 min each wich is alot IMO. I went to eat and take a shit then came back and stretch my hip flexors again I felt they are little bit tight. How can hip flexors become tight so easily?

        Pfd= pelvic floor dysfunction? Because after bowel movements my pf is really tight, but I didn't notice if also after ejaculating
