so i`ve read hans protocol and he says a few times that edging with kegel (trying to stop the ejaculation) by clenching the PF muscle is bad and a bad habit. But isn't that how edging is done ?! plase enlighten me

Edging can be done many ways.

I'm recovering from that issue. Kegeling while masturbating/sex. Holding a kegel the whole time pumps up the penis and increases sensation so I would do it all the time because never knew any different. Now I'm training away from holding a kegel and instead trying to stay relaxed. I only kegeling to hold back ejaculation or when I want to cum.My PE Thread

Edging only means prolonged masturbation without going across the PONR(ejaculation)
If you are too close to the PONR you can use kegels or stopping movement to hold off from falling over the edge.

I think there is two ideas combined here as well.
1. Kegeling while masturbating/sex = Pumps up the penis making it fuller and harder but tightens you up bringing you to PONR faster
2. Kegeling just before or at PONR to DO or "hold back" ejaculating.
Just from reading your OP, it sounds like you are thinking of #2, when Hans maybe talking about #1
Being that i dont think i read Han's Protocol take it with a grain of salt from me.
Edging to my understanding is controlling arousal and not getting to PONR. There are many methods to try and soften the arousal spike through edging like going up in arousal then letting it go down a little then go higher in arousal then let it go down a little then go higher.
I'm trying the Edge holding as high as arousal as possible for longer and longer duration. Get myself to 8-9 and try to balance there to get my body used to high arousal and to teach it that alot of sensation can be enjoyed without orgasm.My PE Thread
