  • How do you sleep?

According to the internet prone masturbation may cause delayed ejaculation, so I have been thinking for some time that if you sleep on your stomach everyday you will be somewhat doing a "workout" that will last several hours daily and will require 0 effort. During the night men have several erections while sleeping, that will intensify the "workout".

Usually I don't like to make threads about something that is just my "theory". Usually I try it first and if I think it can make an improvement I make a thread about it, but since I already can control my ejaculation it would be impossible for me to tell if it is making an improvement or if the improvement is because of my regular "workout".

So this thread is in part to satisfy my curiosity, in part a poll and in part a suggestion. So the question is if someone here usually sleep on his stomach. If someone does then the "theory" is rejected. If nobody sleep on his stomach then the suggestion would be to try it. Just put your penis pointing up (like if you have an erection) before falling asleep so you don't get an injury in your penis when you get the erection while sleeping.

Probably wouldn't work because there is no thrusting movement as in prone masturbation right or maybe I dont understand what prone masturbation is. I'v always slept on my stomach but with one leg bent and up.

I'm actually more curious if sleeping like this could have any impact on pelvis positioning.
I have APT but I more so credit it to the lack of core strength and the fact i'm sitting most of the day.

I have been trying to do more sleeping on my back but doubt it would make any difference.

I sleep naked. Highly recommend it. Let the junk fly free.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

Thanks for your response ACPreE! I guess that puts an end to this thread. I just needed to ask. It would have been great if it worked.

I'm guessing a guy who sleeps in any position is going to get wood during the night. I sleep in most all positions at one time or another during the night. Sometimes I wake up with morning wood sleeping on my stomach. I highly doubt that getting a boner sleeping on your stomach is going to cause damage. Just sleep in the position you want.

Like the thought process though. Who wouldn't want a way to help them fix their PreE while they sleep
Believe most of the Edging/Masturbation habit rebuilding is for the brain rewiring. Figured you would need to be conscious to develop good connections again.

I still can't get this out of my head. ACPreE can you try something? For the next week sleep on your stomach but with both legs straight. That way your body will put more pressure on your penis.
If other members can try this too it would be great. Let's do the experiment before discarding it completely. It won't require any additional effort anyway, only a little change in the way you sleep.
