    Hi currently struggling with my plateau edging, roughy into a month of training which consists of daily stretches, Hindi squats and plateau edging.

    The thing is I am struggling to reach the plateau stage, and when I do it takes a good 20 minutes of rapid stroking.
    Sounds good but I'm struggling to train my arousal at the most crucial point and when I have sex I am ejaculating after 30 seconds.

    I am edging totally of memory and have kicked porn and sometimes I use lube and other times I don't.

      Thanks for the reply, currently doing breathing exercises which I have seen improve my performance in sex a little bit.

      Arousal wise is there any specific exercises I should focus on?

          I get what you mean by this. When i plateau edge, it normally takes me a good 15mins or so before I get myself up to where my body wants to start to go up to the PONR. I just try to enjoy the whole experience and feel every sensation till then. Try and use imagination and lube to get the arousal going. I imagine my gf and talk dirty. This helps along with thrusting my hand to add in the extra tensions created while thrusting.

          I get myself worked up and when my arousal goes from 7 to 8 and 9 i stop or slow down completely. I try to balance in that 8-9 for as long as i can without going over. This is how iv had to work on that kind of edging. To smooth out the spike in arousal.

          In real sex make sure you are relaxed. I mean Mind and Body relaxed. The other night I was really relaxed and focused on her and not the PONR or cuming and we had a great experience. Prep work is part and the other half is putting what you learned into action during sex.

          Keep on with your routine, really get those RKs good and the PF nice and loose. Then next time going into sex do a few RKs before and do some breathing to calm yourself. Relax and take it sloooow.

            Thanks ACpreE for the reply. Will take everything you said on board, only a month in but could see a little improvement in my last sexual performance with my wife. Felt correct breathing played a big part in my improved performance.

            Still need to properly master RKs which is something I have mastered yet.
