    Ok,
    So during my life I’ve had sex with no pre-e issues but more times than other premature ejaculation has been constant in my life.
    To the point that years ago I got used to just have a quick orgasm then relax for a a minute or two and go for what i called: ok for real this time.

    That second orgasm I had complete control over and could last hours.. (I used to frequent those 4 hours hotels and basically they had to come knock on the door)
    As I have gotten older is not so easy to recover so I need to resolve the premature ejaculation once and fork all.
    I am not circumcised but my foreskin is pulled all the way back. Problem is that I can feel like I’m about to orgasm at all times right on the frenulum every time I trust vaginally or masturbation.

    For example if I wake up with morning wood I can go a good 10 minutes. I have to control breathing and maybe stop and try a different position to delay PONR. But over all is a good experience.
    However there are times that as soon as I penetrate I orgasm.

    I’m tired of the inconsistency basically.

    So, now I’m thinking maybe having frenulum (it’s very pronounced And I feel it tugging on the glands which makes me feel like orgasm) surgically removed or going for a full blown circumcision to diminish the sensation under the glands.

    I’ve read conflicting information on this.

    I made an appointment to go see urologist but,

    Any thoughts before I go under the knife ?

    I'm Circumcised and I'm recovering from PreE so... Probably not a way to cure PreE.

        Circumcision sucks especially when adult. Cutting parts of your dick will give you maybe less feeling, yes, but maybe not..
        Not worth the risks imo.
        Lot's of techniques to control ejaculation and pre-e but they demand a lot of focus and training. Pre-e is mostly a brain-body thing. Im cut as an adult and had times were I came fast too.

            Well, you could try something in the middle. I was so desperate that this is what I did: I roll my foreskin back and keep it that way throughout the day. At first it was very sensitive and the friction hurt. I could only keep it rolled back when I was at home and laying around in my boxers. Eventually I could keep it rolled back when I went out.

            The skin on my glans has become dried and wrinkly and less sensitive than it used to be. The initial effect it had on my sex was less IK when my glans was touched. I still had Pre-e at that point though. After working on other things, I've improved my stamina. I'm really not sure how much of a role it played in helping me, but it's something you can try that isn't as drastic as getting it cut off.

              This thread came up with perfect timing.

              I had tried to desentisize my frenulum by stretching it for 8 month now. Nothing change, still pre e.

              But today I figured out that maybe it is not the frenulum that cause pre e. But frenulum delta is what causing pre e. I accidentally did 2 times my "twisted stretch" penis enlargment exersice before edging and both times success in edging. I feel good painful streches on my frenulum delta when doing this exercise. Tryi to do this exercise just before edging/sex. Im new to this exercise. Lets find out together what it is all about.

              PS. Im guessing that PYT is desentisizing the frenulum delta, thats why it works for some.
