    Hi I’ve been a member on this forum for a while, active and inactive at points but my minds always on pe. My old plan had a lot to do with lower body stretching, rks and “edging” with porn. It was really just waiting for 10 minutes too be over then busting one or sometimes just 10 minutes of waiting and not busting. I’ve always had lower back pain, and felt like my hips are off. Stretching hasn’t done anything so I’ve been doing thinking and think I’m the right path by going to strengthening. The psoas is directly connected too pelvic floor, specifically the front. I’ve always suspected a problem comes from this because I one have slight apt and two my pf when ever I move or do anything my pf tightens. I think it’s making up for for the weak psoas (one of the hip flexors) in return causing the pf to take a bigger load ie tightness/weakness what ever the goody is I haven’t figured that out. Im going to do exercises to fix this along with other hip exercises/leg workouts. Part two is actively relaxing the pf via light rks and belly breathing. I stop breathing a lot. Part three is to stop masturbating and move on to glans squeezing and ballooning, learning to enjoy the sight of naked women instead of becoming overly excited. So that’s the plan, I’ll keep updates as sorry for being all over place just excited.

          Hmm a exercise physio might tell you which core muscles are weak and give you ideas on strengthening.

              it’s basically fixing the light apt I had and it seems like it’s really working. I just put my foot on my bed and lift it up, doing couple sets on each side. My hip flexors feel engaged now and my hips are level. I my lower back don’t hurt any more and my hips just feel right. Had a girl in my bed last night but didn’t make a move cause she was drunk as hell. Also haven’t been able to edge cause I just moved into college but will try soon

                Sry can u elaborate on what u mean by putting ur foot on the bed and lifting it up.
