PreE90 routine progress log.

    Wednesday 10/16 (Day 16 of my 90 day Journey)

    as a rule every morning when i go to the gym I do my groin stretches and also when I sit at my desk in the mornings I do about 30 mins of tennis ball massage.

    Continued my edging routine using fleshlight.

    started sitting down
    went up to minute 7 before hitting PONR
    strokes were about the speed of regular sex.
    rested bout a minute. applied some more lube and tried again.
    this time PONR came about minute 12
    again rest .. this time about a 2 minutes.
    now I tried standing up. simulating doggie style.
    went up to 22 minutes total.
    No ejaculation. EQ 7/10

    Thursday 10/17

    edging continues..

    started fleshlight sitting down.
    went up to about 6 mins. Not very easy due to those damn Involuntary Kegels.
    rested for about a minute and applied some Lube.
    went at it again for 4 more minutes and about minute 12:00 had to stop. i was at PONR already.

    Rested almost 2 minutes. applied some lube and now tried standing up.
    started slow and had to fight these damn IK.. slowly PONR started going away and I kept at it.

    at about 20 minutes total I had to stop cause I had something to do.
    No ejaculation. EQ was about 7/10

    Following the advise here I will allow myself to ejaculate every third edging session.

    FRIDAY 10/18

    No edging today.
    However I still do my groin stretches. (2x60 secs)
    tennis ball massage (30 mins)

    Saturday 10/19

    Libido was low.
    started stroking my penis up until EQ of 7/10. applied lube and went at it.

    started Sitting down.
    PONR came quick.. at about minute 2:30.
    I stopped for about 20 secs but left penis in the fleshlight and just started to try and regulate my breathing.
    Kept going up until about minute 6:30

    rested for almost 2 minutes and applied some lube.
    EQ is now at 8/10. find that the Fleshlight is very tight. the rubber part of the fleshlight keeps coming off.
    so now i'm standing up and simulating doggy style..
    I go about 45 secs to 1 minute and have to stop. without taking penis out just try to do Reverse kegels but i fell like im just pushing with my belly. I am using diaphragm to activate RK but still right at PONR.
    tried that about 3 or 4 times of about 1 minute of banging the fleshlight and 30 secs rest simulating doggy style until I lost the battle at about minute 13:00 total.

    EQ was still at 8/10 so Ejaculation was powerful.
    If i can think about whats different on this session is I was allowing myself to feel more of the sensations. like i wasn't trying so much to stay at a low level, or trying to keep at EQ of 7/10
    I dont feel bad about it since i was going to allow my self to ejaculate on this session but i would have liked to get up to about 20 minutes before ejaculating.

    ISSUES:
    damn IK still all over my edging session.
    during the whole edge session still feels like im just making an effort to keep my EQ at about 7/10. during the strokes I still feel like its a process.. regulating breath, regulating stroke speed, keeping my mind in check, and a lot of sensation on the penis.

    When I started (19 days ago) PONR came in at 30 secs.. so i know there has been improvement, however I still dont have that NUMB PENIS feeling you get when you are having great sex.
    Times I have been in control as to when i want to ejaculate during sex and I have lasted for 30 mins + is because I have that numb penis feeling. so, you are not thinking about you.. all you see is that girl in front of you and how hard you hitting her and she is getting ready to come. Im usually at 8/10 EQ or even 9/10.
    The funny thing is that you are not really trying to control it, you are just going at it and therefore ejaculation doesnt come until you actually want it to come.

    So, if you have overcome this PreE and now you are on the other side.. please comment as to whether or not you have that numb penis feeling when having sex or you have just mastered staying at a low level and therefore delayed the ejaculation.

      One thing I'd like to share...

      So, the times I have had great sex I remember the following things:
      first The numb penis feeling,and being extremely aroused
      But most important, the breathing...
      It has been in rhythm with the sex.
      funny thing is, I don't even know im doing it.

      It's same with running on the threadmill.
      I struggle with finding the right rhythm for my breathing while im running, and therefore I get tired.
      A couple of days ago during my run, I found the right breathing technique. to the point that for about 5 minutes at a time I forgot i was trying to breath and I forgot i was running. next thing I know I had been running for about 30 mins ( I run on a steep incline) Wasn't even tired and even got that runner's high.
      It was a powerful thing and just reminded me of that feeling when you have great sex.

      so this is my struggle.. trying to regulate my breathing until I forget its been regulated and it happens automatically. Both running and in sex.

        Sunday 10/20
        No training

        Monday 10/21

        No training. However had sex. before going to sleep.

        My libido was low, started with some foreplay and the went to penetration.
        Arousal was low and the EQ about 6/10.

        Slow movements and PORN came quick. About 3 minutes in.
        i Stopped for about a minute and tried again.. about 2 more minutes of slow movements, missionary and that was it. ejaculation came.

        didn't think much of it, so just went to sleep. about 30 mins or 1 hour later woke up with an erection.
        convinced the wife to have sex again, and this time it was all good.

        I still felt like i was controlling my E/Q to about 7/10 and controlling breathing but it was manageable.

        Tried a couple of different positions and next thing i knew i had been going at it for about 25 mins.

        It was a good session.

        I dont know what was different.. maybe the training is helping or the fact that i was already at a good arousal level when i started.

        Ill see what happens next.

          Thursday 11/14

          Cant believe its been so long since i have made notes on this log.

          I have not been training consistently. I hut my neck in the gym and have not done much PE training. maybe a handful of times.

          I have continued to do stretches and also had sex but the sex has not improved since that last session that lasted a good 25 mins.
          Maybe the lack of training with the fleshlight ?
          don't really know.

          i did try to train with the feshlight a couple of times but it feels as if i am regressing.

          This morning tried the fleshlight E/Q about 7 but i felt libido was low.
          About a minute in PONR came. i stopped for 10-15 secs, but i was feeling so frustrated i went back at it and ejaculated about 2 mins in.
          Very frustrating, disappointing.

          Back to square one I guess ?

          Anybody experienced this in their journey to overcome this problem ?

          Oh, I remember a few weeks ago i tried the JE90 beginners routine for penis enlargement.
          at the end of that routine it calls for Kegels.
          I noticed after doing that controlling ejaculation was extremely hard. then again that night i had also had lot of wine to drink before sex so don't really know what caused the difficulty controlling ejaculation.

          Anybody can comment on this ?
          are kegels good while working on PE or should we stay away from them and only practice reverse Kegels. ?

            I can say Iv had some regression as well but that was because after I consistently was showing good stamina i started to pull back my routine. I pulled back too far and control suffered again so ramped back up the stretching and exercise again.

            I probably wouldn't recommend doing Kegels if you are still trying to figure your preE out but iv seen people who do both. You could do the PE routine then after, work on the PreE routine to stretch out and loosen the areas you just pulled and tensed during the PE routine.

              I had a few minor EQ issues 2 weeks ago myself due to ongoing stretching and Rks.
              While I chose not to do any kegels, voluntarily anyway, I started doing some dry jelqing, nothing that counts as a routine, just 30-40 jelqs in the morning and 30-40 in the after noon. EQ went at 10/10 after a few days.

              LOW LIBIDO
              At first, like many others, I have attributed low libido with a relaxed PF. Doing some reading, also from a member here who did a thread as well, it would seem that over stretching the PF can actually tense it to the point where libido drops. It would make sense as I also had low libido after 1 month of stretching, and as soon as I modified my routine a little, libido went to a normal level. 30 minutes of a tennis ball massage is a lot imho. If I sit on a tennis ball for like 5 minutes, it hurts. You might actually be creating tension with that.

                So rk only routine are know to have side effects like lowered libido and eq . I doubt this is form increased tension. I liken it to doing a lot of stretch work and no strength work .

                  well, Life keeps getting in the way and i have not being able to make any posts lately. Have not been able to do any sort of PE or Pre E work either.. however here is something i'll share..

                  A couple of weeks back I went on a trip. Ended up having sex with this girl (not my girlfriend) at the first I didnt have an erection as i was not trying to have sex, even though she kept forcing me in to it (I said to her, now i know what girls feel like lol) but then i allowed things to happen.
                  She started giving me oral sex to get me hard, and once i felt getting the erection i just said ok, lets do this. I slipped on a condom and went at it for about an hour non stop.
                  2 things happened here.. First the condom always helped reduce sensitivity.. and second I wasn't even thinking about ejaculation. in the end I did not ejaculate, we just took a break and fell asleep. Truth be told we kept changing positions so it never got me to PONR. I felt bad about the whole having sex with someone else thing, but in the end I thank her for pushing so hard for sex. it kind of showed me my issue is more mental than physical.

                  Then came home and when had sex with my girlfriend for about 30 mins. I had no strong urge to come even though I had no condom.

                  So, it felt good to have sex like I used to before... not thinking about lasting, just having fun making the woman come again and again.


                  But now, just thinking about having sex with my girlfriend is giving me anxiety. The longer I go without having sex the more anxiety i get, the stronger the urge to ejaculate once we finally have sex. its a vicious pattern !!!

                  I wonder if it's because she doesn't need sex every day like the girls i used to date. You know the saying.. use it or loose it.

                  Now im back to square one. Ill start again with the fleshlight. I never stopped stretching my pelvic floor as its something I do routinely with my gym exercises. But im inclined to think that my issue is more mental than physical. I do have an extra sensitive penis, but i Dont know what to do about it.

                    My view has always been that it is both mental and physical . The % may vary guy to guy . Looks like maintain work on the physical but more mental work to do.

                      Well Ive been wanting to update this post, but there was always something.. specially since we are all home now during this pandemic it has become very difficult to perform any PE routine or even make any posts.

                      But I have found a way to start again with my PE routine.
                      Ive gone back to the 90 days beginner's routine as i have made great improvement on the Premature Ejaculation issue and i wanted to share my experience as it might be able to help someone out there.

                      So, I discover that having sex in the morning without getting up to pee has been tremendous help.

                      At first I felt like i needed to pee right away but started to have sex instead. about a minute in to sex the need to pee, will feel like i was gonna hit PONR. so I'll just stop for a few secs and then the PONR will go away. the need to pee will go away as well.
                      Then i found my self having sex for a good 10 minutes.

                      As i continued to use this practice, this made my performance anxiety go away 90 percent. This is huge !! this is whats has helped me with my PreE. Not having the performance anxiety has allowed me to have sex at a good 15-20 minutes every single time.

                      Now im to the point that i no longer have to have a full bladder to have sex. Some times PONR still comes before i want it, but its not as bad. All i have to do is either change position or change the rhythm.

                      Again, im not saying this is the way to resolve the PreE, just saying what worked for me. the performance anxiety is our own worst enemy, but how to beat it if every time PONR is right at the door. ??

                      I had tried every thing posted here and sometimes things will improve and then will go bad again. I have done the stretches, (even do yoga) i have done kegels, reverse kegels.. even purchased a fleshlight. The fleshlight i felt it was helpful but not as much.
                      Big difference came from having sex early in the morning (highest Testosterone) and a full bladder (easier to control PONR).
                      Since my performance anxiety is almost fully gone i am not afraid to initiate sex at any time, don't need the full bladder trick anymore.

                      I have read that a full bladder will have the opposite effect, so this might not be for everyone.

                      All you can do is keep trying different things until you find what works for you. Not a one solution for all.

                        This is a very weird thing, but if it had worked for you. My guess is that you had resolved the physical issues long ago and it was just anxiety.

                        A good point that could come out of this is how relaxation or RK can reduce the urge to pee. You may have used your urine urge as a mark to relax your PF while anxiety was kicking in.

                          Great result regardless of the unique strategy. Congratulations.

                          This is likely bro science but perhaps the full bladder was exerting the same kind of forces that a front RK does, inhibiting the easy passage of semen out of the testicles, just like how you can’t pee and ejaculate at the same time.

                          Either way nice result dude. Go forth and conquer. 👌
