    Dear Forum,

    After looking for a long time on the internet for a solution, I came across this website and read a few succes stories and thought you guys must be able to help me. I am a 25 year old guy (turning 26 in November) who has been suffering from premature ejaculation from my 17th. It is my hardest challenge in life which I never overcame and I looked up for many solutions but could find nothing to eliminate my premature ejaculation. My premature ejaculation is very severe. It even got to the point that I lost my girlfriend because she wasn't enjoying sex anymore due to lack of confidence en my premature ejaculation. Please help because I want to erase this problem and give women enjoyable sex without having to worry about premature ejaculation. What can I do to eliminate this problem and have long lasting sex. My goal is to learn to go 30/40 mins without ejaculating..

    Join a gym and WORKOUT your abs, glutes, and hamstrings. Believe me, you can fix it within few months.
    Read the PreE90 thread to get some exercise ideas.

        As a Pre E patient myself, could you please explain the relationship between those muscles and Pre E?
        I'm close to 1 month of a relaxation routine mainly targeting the pelvic floor, and have NOT worked out since ages.
        Would love to hear what ties do those muscle groups have to do with Pre E.

        L.E. After I wrote this, I took a look at your blog posts. Useful information, still going through them. I am still curious why those specific muscle groups though.

          As a recovering/recovered PreE patient i will say in my experience it is a process.
          Step 1: Create a routine/Log
          - Create your routine and be consistent. Your routine may change as you venture down this path.
          Step 2: Descovery
          - Start stretching, Learn to RK, Edge and Learn how different thoughts, breathing and muscle control affects arousal and sensation.
          - Identify muscle imbalances and if you have APT
          Step 3: Work up and increase intensity as you go.

          I spent 6 months working at it before I finally could piece together how everything helped.
          Stretching helps loosen the Pelvic floor. Once you can do a RK, you can start working on keeping the PF relaxed always. I think for many of us, we have trained ourselves with years of kegeling and holding a tight pelvic floor. This has to change. You shouldn't have your PF engaged all day 24/7 and that is part of the retraining process.
          Fix APT if you have it. You have a delicate balance of muscle groups and pull on your pelvis and they affect the tension in your PF.
          I started seeing big jumps when i started my ab/core work.

          I have in essence stopped my routine and i'm holding onto the stamina benefits so far. I stay relaxed, almost like holding a slight 10% rk all day and i'm keeping with my workout routine. (the Insanity workout videos) The best one for preE is the core/ab routine.

          Right now I'm to the point that sex and PONR are split. When i have sex now everything feels amazing but that feeling like im getting close to PONR isn't there. Only when I kegel or i let my arousal get out of control that the feeling of PONR starts to come into the picture.

          What do i think was the key? Everything. (Aw shit right) Everything has its place.

            Do you suffer from premature ejaculation outside of live sexual contact?

            How would you describe your erection quality (EQ)?

                Thank you for your answer. I think I suffer from PreE outside of live sexual contact and with live sexual contact... For example, if I edge/masturbate and I don't make an effort to relax, breathe etc, I would cum very fast.

                I would say when I have a sex my EQ is good but I think it can be better. It is not to bad either.

                    Train edging with a slightly tigher grip and with an emphasis on getting in as much time as possible between the beginning and ejaculation should be helpful.

                    In the meanwhile, when you're having sex you should either ejaculate before sexual contact or lightly early in the session so you can get erect and perform for more time later.
