  • Need help with PE

So I’ve been lurking and reading the forum for few days, and I decided to make an account. Basically I’m 27 and ever since my first intercourse I cum fast, even when I masturbate I get the urge to cum fast. So I tried a lot of things, masturbate before, think about other things, squeeze my penis, etc..nothing works, I usually need 30 sec to finish, if I’m really lucky and focused maybe 1 min. Only 2 times I ever had luck was with this one girl when I masturbated before it, and when we started we didnt do much foreplay or anything and she just went on top of me and those 2 times I was able to last as much as I wanted. And now I started seeing this chick I really really like and Im afraid that if we have sex and I cum fast, which I probably will since I always do and on top of it I really dig this girl so it will be even harder. I cant live like this anymore, what tips do you guys have? How can I fix this.

Ps: Im even thinking about going to the doctor, should I go visit one or not?

Hey man, first off, I'll just say I'm just like you, can't last very long and didn't know what to do. I'm working on figuring it out, but haven't gotten there yet. The good news is that there are others on this forum who have worked hard to fix this issue we all struggle with and they've written out how to do it with tons of detail.

I would recommend you really read through those success stories, starting with the top sticky from WillGetBetter, here's his thread: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html.

ACPreE is another member who has recently had success through retraining and specific exercises. Here's his thread: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...my-pe-log.html

It's always a good idea to hear from those who have accomplished the goals we want to achieve. All of my current PreE training came from others who have fixed theirs.

Also, as far as the doctor goes, it can't hurt to get a doctor's opinion, especially regarding any muscle imbalances. But I'll tell you that I've personally been to a sex therapist who had specifically stated he had expertise in treating PreE and he turned out to have a very bleak outlook on my problems and knew nothing about the proven methods that members of this forum have figured out. I basically had to talk him into thinking I could overcome this. Not the most helpful therapist, lol.

Definitely read through the stickies. There is a lot of info on the site to help lead you in the right direction.
I will say when I first started here I read countless hours of stickies and threads and still to find out I didn't know my own body.

It took me a good month or 2 before I started getting the basics down because my PF was so locked up I couldn't even feel a RK let alone do one.

Step 1: Read everything you can and develop a plan of attack.
Step 2: Start a Log, as a thread here and keep a spreadsheet to track everything you do. Stetch times, edging times, failures, successes and discoveries.
Step 3: BE DEDICATED and do not give up. You will have ups and downs and it will not be a quick fix. It took me longer then most but that was because I didn't know my body nor was i as dedicated as i could have been.
      Step 4: Bang with confidence.

If you have any questions along the way don't be afraid to ask but for right not its a research project till you have a better understanding of what you need to do and the amount of your daily life you need to commit to it.

We are all here recovering, recovered or just here to help.

Thx man, I will read those.

The reason I would talk to a doctor is because I had some problems with my prostate last few years, so I’m thinking that maybe because of it my problem got worse, but I cant tell for sure. And, did any of you try dapoxetin? I read some good things about it and I’m not sure if I should try it as the fastest result, al least for this girl.

Yeah, I was reading alot of threads here and I got some general knowledge, but I’m still not sure where to start, I will check some links the guy above you posted.

Is your PE any better after all the work you put into it?

By far. When i started my log i was at my worst a literal 2 pump done. After countless months of stretching followed by more months of trying different things followed by adding exercise and calming techniques, Iv turned seconds into 10s of minutes. Iv had nights where I could go and go and not have to stop.

On the flip side, i pulled back my exercise and stretching and my stamina started dropping again. After I restarted the stretching and exercise again my stamina climbed back up.

If you need a place to start,
            Start with stretching the PF
Start with trying to find and learn to do a RK
Start with some edging, time no less then 20mins
Start with relearning how to deep belly breath to calm and relax yourself
Start with Identifying if you have APT
Start with an exercise routine that will strengthen your core/abs. (a well rounded workout with core/ab work is preferred)
Start with making a log and tracking everything.

Thats a good place to start

You might find it more beneficial if you do something like this:

              1) Abs workout, if nothing full at least leg raises to target lower abs and obliques
              2) Glute bridges, enough of repetitions to feel them tense. It's better to do glute bridges after abs workout otherwise if you do them backwards you will feel some tension in the lower back.
              3) After these workouts you also put a lot of tension in your pf, so now it's time to relax and keep it that way for the remaining of the day.
              - start with a simple yoga position, the happy baby pose. make sure you breathe deep and slow. always count 2 seconds more on the exhale compared to the inhale
              - attempt to do hindi squats. do not start doing them with your heels elevated, start doing them flat footed. even if you can only stay like that 1 minute at a time. If you do them elevated, the pressure will direct more to the back, some reported getting hemoroids this way.
              4) If you work at a desk 8 hours per day, sit correctly with your back straight and do deep belly breathing. remember to always have 2 seconds more on the exhale, this keeps the Pf relaxed more before air is eliminated

Don't do any rks until at least 1 week passes, you won't be able to do a propper one and you might strain yourself. For example, I tried to do RKs when i was unconditioned and it made my hernia to cause a lot of pain.

Yeah, at first I was able to go for few minutes but now I cum in 20 secs, maybe one minute tops. Would you cum fast even when a girl would give you a BJ or jerk you off? Because to me its the same, sex or oral.

Right now Im still trying to figure out what exercises to do and how to make my whole plan. I really want to fix this problem thats ruining my life. Do you know if there are some foods that can give me extra boost?

And I have APT, I had it since I was a kid I think.

I do some ab workout already, I usually do some general training few days a week. But I will include glute bridges and probably some other exercises from now on. I think I can already do a RK, its hard to find the right explanation on what it is and how to be sure you are doing it right but I think I know. The only problem I have when I do it is that its harder to breathe.

Fixing your APT should probably be pretty high on the priority list. Fixing APT will relieve a lot of tension on the PF. I had done a lot of stretching and work before i worked on my APT and i will say that fixing the APT should have been worked on in the beginning.

You will want a well rounded core/lower ab workout with leg lifts and C sit position workouts. I had posted a good workout for the lower abs/ core on my thread. Its what iv been doing to work on my core and its helped quite a bit. Also doing Hollowbody crunches should help as well.
To fix APT you need to adjust the muscles that created it.
                    Strengthen core/abs
                    Stretch your back muscles
                    Stretch your Quads

With enough work you should be able to knock this out within a month or 2 or at least have made a good dent in it.

A good part of PreE is muscle imbalances caused from a plethora of reasons but still not impossible to fix.

As for the BJ or jerk off, if your reflex is to, when pleasured, to tighten the PF, it wont matter what sexual act is performed. A tight PF makes any sexual stimulation push you closer to the PONR.

I will try to fix my APT, I always wanted to fix it anyways, but I was too lazy to add it to my workouts, but this problem is too big and Im ready to do anything to fix it.

I think my abs and core are already decent since I workout from time to time and I play lots of sport, but I will do more of it also.

I will go check your thread now and see your routine and make my own.

Hmm, I always thought that since I cum fast from BJ or any sexual activity a girl does with my penis it has to be, either too sensitive or that its all in my mind, and now you opened my eyes to other possibilities. I will tackle this as hard as I can, it is really troubling me, and its a bit easier when I know that there are people who fixed it. Thank you man

Hey man, also wanted to mention something to you that's helped me regulate my expectations: as you're reading through other members' logs, keep an eye on the dates of the log entries of those like ACPreE who have achieved success. You'll see that it didn't all magically happen in a week or two. I think for me in the beginning, because I read all the way through successful members' logs very quickly, my assumption was that this could be fixed in a couple weeks, but when you stop and look at the dates of their log entries, you'll see there was a lot of time and persistence involved in their success.

I did about three weeks of real work sticking to my plan in January of this year, stopped, and now I'm back on here in Week 3 again.

I will say that it's improved in that I no longer ejaculate during foreplay which had been a serious problem for me. My body has readjusted to be able to stay relaxed during whatever foreplay we do before we're doing PIV sex. But still haven't ever gotten more than one minute of regular speed sex besides going ridiculously slow or using numbing stuff.

So its getting better which is a good sign. Can you last long now even when she jerks you or gives you a BJ?

I think i figured out most of the things I wanna do, so I will probably start with my plan in a day or two. And should I do all the exercises everyday or is like 4 times a week enough?
