  • PE problem for years

    Hi guys,

    Had PE really since I lost my V. I’m 26 now with a fience and always plays on my mind she isn’t enjoying her self. She cums the same time as me all the time. But it’s still rubbish lasting only 1 minute!
    Only time I’ve lasted longer is I’m drunk or I’m using delay spray and she super enjoys sex when it’s like that.

    So I’m taking some action!

    I’m currently doing RKs constant through out the day, I do tense my abs but I’m hoping this goes with time.
    I’ve just started edging and when I felt my arousal rising I RK and it does work! But this is probably different during sex as my arousal be through the roof! I also noticed when erect my pelvic floor is very twitchy and tight!
    I’m away to start ballooning aswel.

    Should I just keep doing all this constantly and breathing and I’ll be all set. Hopefully get that delay spray in the bin!

    So the first question I have is, have you discussed this with her? Obviously none of us here want to be a 1 pump chump and leave her hanging there like, "Really"? But one thing my GF wanted most was for us to cum at the same time. Iv been to the spectrum of lasting too long and that isn't nice for her either.

    Start a log and routine.

    Start stetching, RKs and Do some core/lower ab work.

    Check if you have APT and even if you dont, workout your core. that was the turning point for me.

      I havnt discussed it as such no. I have mentioned it annoys me how short our sex is.

      We always cum at the same time, there has been the odd occasion we’re I have finished first. Which is embarrassing.

      She does like going for a while when I use my delay spray. But I just hate using the spray I want to do it on my own

      I’m RKing when I can, I’m doing hindi squats in the morning and night and I’m also edging (15-20 mins without cuming)
      I will add some ab work into my gym workout
