  • Very basic problem

Hi Guys, I’m another severe case.

I’ve found this forum which gave me some hope. I was reading a lot first and started to do exercises but encountered problems at the very beginning.

Actually I’m trying to exercise the kegels for more than year already. The problem is that I can hardly feel this muscle. I mean when I’m in the toilet I can easily stop the flow of urine. When I have an erection I can easily bob my penis or even hold it up for some time – up to ten seconds. But in the flaccid state it’s totally different story. I can hardly move anything there. Depends on the day. Sometimes I can like squeeze something a few times – but I do not know if it’s the right thing. Sometimes I cannot squeeze anything at all. This concerns front kegels since back kegels are pretty easy for me.

Should I exercise only during erection then? It is not the perfect solution since this way I ejaculate much more often than I want. Do you have any ideas?

I’ve read really a lot on this forum already, most of the stickies - I know much more then before. For example thanks to forum I’ve got to know that my pelvic floor was so tensed – literally like a stone – and hindi squats helped a lot.
But maybe there are some threads with answers which I didn’t noticed.

It would be really nice to read something helpful. My dream is to become MMO but now it seems really like impossible.
Anyway thank you all for the great knowledge in this forum and for all the work that you do here.

You may want to read the stickies, If you are kegeling and you have a tight PF, you may want to consider some reverse kegels if you have PreE.

      I don't quite see the problem ?
I gather you are not geting as much "feel " as you would like during front kegel ?
You realise you do not have to ejaculate each time you get an erection.

Pegasus - Shortly this is the problem. But "not as much" often means that I feel nothing. I want to move the muscle (clench it) but I feel no movement. Maybe it is already tight I don't know. There are also lucky days that I can clench it several times.
If I want to exercise during erection I need to stimulate myself to keep it. In my case after 2-3 minutes of stimulating ejaculation is inevitable. So at this point my training stops.

AcPree - I read most of the stickies and considered RK. I try doing them but same problem - hard to feel them. Hindi squats are effective for me. First time it felt like my tissue was tearing apart. Tight PF, like you're saying.

Sounds like your front pelvic floor is tight and i restricting your kegel .

Let's say that the angle is a bit better than 45 degrees, a bit closer to the ground. But I'm far from reaching the ground with my knees.
Do you suggest I should practice it?
