  • I found this new stretch

I apologise if this has already been posted, but I wanted to share in case it hasn't. I found this stretch on YouTube the other day...

The guy claims it cured him, and that results can be seen in two weeks. I have done it three days in a row and I find it very challenging. The stretch is so deep that it is painful to hold for the recommended ten minutes. I'm taking that as a sign that this area is in serious need of flexibility training. I will definitely try to stick with it for the next month or so and report back.

I'd love to hear what you guys think.

Interesting to say the least. Trying to imagine the muscles that are being affected here.

Fascinating. It’s based on Taoism it seems- see <link removed> for more info. It’s not a pill and involves effort so can’t be any harm trying

General observation would assume the one leg up is stretching hamstrings maybe supporting pelvis alignment correction. Other leg could be doing a slight hipflexor stretch being that its dropping down from the bench or chair height and not the typical laying on the floor method. Could also be stretching some PF muscles like the IC maybe. Ill give it a try tonight and see how it feels.

I’ve heard of this LAJIN exersize many years ago but for other ailments. I believe it’s more to do with stretching and working on nerves in turn PreE IK etc etc

Nevertheless, video did not explain where he was at? Timings? How he has to see improvement?

Just gave it a try and actually I'm a fan.

It was a hamstring stretch on the leg up on the wall but the leg that dangles down gets a pretty good hip flexor stretch of a more inner groin area. Inbetween where a butterfly and Quad stretch would hit. The bench or chairs that i used allowed my pelvis to be in the correct position to correct APT. Was pretty easy to throw in some light RKs into the mix.

I could feel the slight tingle along the BC where i had previously said i felt the tingle while doing Leg lifts. Not sure what is causing this but i have a feeling it has some direct connection to or adjacent to the BC muscle which is causing the tingle.

Never the less, I think its a pretty good stretch. Will it cure PreE by itself? No clue that would be for anyone willing to try i guess but I do like it as a stretch for those with tight hip flexors and APT. One of the harder things to do is keep proper pelvic positioning while doing quad stretches to help fix APT. This stretch may help those with bad APT to get going.

Day 3 complete trying these exercises. Must say I definitely feel it’s helping my hip/back/pelvis issues. Obviously it would be a nice added bonus to get some joy on the PreE side

Are you using the belt? I tried it but I find the hamstring pain almost unbearable with it?

No but find it a tough stretch without it anyway

I've been doing this for 4 days and I had sex today. Holy..my erection is better and I could last to atleast 10 minutes without condom. Before the first round was always short as 1-3 minutes.. Wtf?

Btw, I feel insane pain when im doing the stretch.

I love how it feels after I'm done stretching. Feel like i have better flexibility and maneuverability after.

Does it have to be on a table, or does it work on the floor aswell?

Looks very interesting. Also because its possible to stay in that stretch for a long time.
