  • Rks pushing abs

Hey on my journey im trying to do rks everytime i remember but i read that its better to feel the "abs" push so im trying to always push abs slightly but just feeling the sensation and breathing (¿diafragma? ) so i get used to it. Im doing 3 sessions of 4 mins at night of hindi squat every night (if i do more my knees hurt and i feel like i cant stand up or i can fuck up my knees)
    Is this good enough?

Focus on how your Pf reacts to how you push it, abs no abs breathing etc. For me I use my abs while in standing or sitting position, I tighten the abs and push my breath down. In hindi squat the abs can be used less.

I think leg lifts is an easy exercise to workout lower abs muscles.

Well focusing on your front PF in hindi squat position should bring you less feel of that farting. Change your torso to find the best position for yourself and it should really feel an opening in mostly area below your balls spreading back.
