  • Too Many Reverse Kegels?

Currently, I am dealing with loss of libido, no morning erections, and difficulty maintaining erections unless physically stimulated rigorously. My issue in the past had always been getting too turned on and ejaculating prematurely - As a result, I implemented a reverse kegel routine and pelvic floor stretching routine with very little to no regular kegels.

My question: Is it possible for you to perform TOO many reverse kegels? so that your pelvic floor becomes too relaxed and you have more difficulty achieving erection? or are reverse kegels harmless and I just need to add regular kegels?

I am fearful of adding regular kegels because at one time, they intensified my premature ejaculation issue; however I would rather be able to achieve a FULL erection on command than to experience the loss of sexual desire I seem to be experiencing.

Also, how do you know if your pelvic floor is imbalanced/too weak? I know if it's too strong you'll get involuntary kegels, but how do you know if it's imbalanced in the other way?

    Thanks for any help.

Thanks! That thread is very helpful. So basically I can make my pelvic floor unbalanced from too many reverse kegels and should implement some regular kegels in conjuction?

Erection quality should improve with regular kegels?
