  • My Pre-E Log. Asking for help!

    Introduction: I have bad PE (duh), but I always have. I'm 34, and started having sex around 16. From my first time up until now, I usually ejaculate within the first minute and then go for a second round. This wasn't a big issue when I was younger and had more stamina. Now, the second round doesn't always happen, and it makes me feel awful.

    For the last two weeks I have been doing 5 minutes of the hindi squat followed by five minutes of frog pose. I kegel for a few minutes everyday and try to reverse kegel too. I am having a hard time with the front reverse kegel. When I pee I can't seem to isolate the BC muscle to allow my flow to increase, it is just a weak stream.

    Today is the first time that I tried edging. The session lasted about 10 minutes. I did not ejaculate, but I did almost reach the PONR 3 times. When that happened I would stop and try my best to reverse kegel (both front and rear). I placed my other hand on my perineum and noticed that I hold a kegel the whole time. I have read about IKs, but I've never run across anyone saying that when they are erect, they basically hold a kegel. I know this must be a huge part of my problem and I'm looking for more advice. Also advice about the front reverse kegel and my weak urine flow too.

        I try to do more RK, but I'm not consistently doing them. I don't have a routine for kegels and RKs. I know I could do them while driving, or watching TV, but it always slips my mind.

            Update: I wasn't able to do anything yesterday, but today I did 7 minutes of Hindi squat followed by 3 minutes of Hindi with my hands in front of me on the ground and pushing against the inside of my thighs, then I did another 3 minutes of frog.

            After that I tried edging. I find it difficult to get aroused without porn or lube, but I eventually got there and went about 6 minutes. During that 6 minutes I focused on holding a RK. I had a few IKs, and had to start/stop about 4 times. So, no progress there, but I'll keep trying.

              Update: I have been doing about 8 minutes of the hindi squat and 5 minutes of frog pose almost everyday. My hip sockets hurt like hell when I'm finished, but I'm getting use to it.

              I have completely stopped looking at porn for about a week now. I never really sat down and watched it, but throughout the day when I was bored at work, i would pull out my phone and watch 20 second clips on Reddit and 4chan. I think my EQ has improved because of it.

              I haven't been able to edge as much as I would like to. My girlfriend is a very social person, and now because of covid she has to work from home, I am literally the only person she sees, so she wants to spend every night at my place.

              I was able to edge today, I went 10 minutes before she got here. In that 10 minutes I only had to stop once because I was close to PONR. The other times when I felt myself getting to a 7 or 8, i was able to slow my pace, focus on breathing and RKs. I think this is progress. It's hard to tell since I'm not edging as frequently as I should.

              I have been trying to focus on kegels during the day. I am having a really hard time with the front reverse kegel. I even find it hard to increase the force of my urine when I pee. Either these muscles are crazy tight, or I need to go see a urologist. Does anyone have tips on how to focus on the front reverse kegel. I just can't seem to get the muscles to work right. I feel like I over-tighten my lower abs when I focus on the front reverse kegel. Any help is greatly appreciated!

                The front rk is often mentioned by guys with pre e as both difficult and important . You are doing hindi and frog pose which I would otherwise suggest.

                How is the sex going.?

                  The sex is okay. The first round is as quick as ever. The second round I have been able to hold an erection longer and harder... I guess that is from no porn? So, it is just okay, no real progress.

                    So tonight I was able to edge for 5min 44sec before having to stop and calm down. After about 15 seconds, I started again and went 4min 21sec. Progress I guess. I'm still doing hindi squats and frog pose.

                      I have been trying to keep up my stretching routine, I am able to usually get them in 5 nights a week. I have added tennis ball massages. I just sit in my chair, prop my legs up on the desk and focus on rolling it around on the perineum... am I doing it right. is that all there is to it?

                      I haven't had any edging session since my last post a week ago. I tried it tonight and it was awful. I went 2:20 before I had to stop. I got way to close to the PONR. I tried reverse kegels, but it actually seemed like that was going to make me finish, so I switched and held a regular kegel for several seconds until I was able to calm down. This seems like backward progress.

                            Things are getting worse. I tried edging for about 8 minutes and I probably had to stop over 20 times. I would go for 10 seconds, feel the urge, stop, try and hold a rk and then start again. I didn't let myself finish, but I can tell I'm making no progress.

                            It seems like whenever I grab my dick I automatically kegel and hold. I'm having a tough time with front reverse kegels. I can do a back reverse kegel fine. And it even seems like at times when I'm edging and holding a rear reverse kegel that I automatically front kegel at the same time.

                            I'm trying, but it sucks that I keep getting worse.
