  • PE and preE together - yes or not? questions for preE

    Hello all,
    I have been doing PE exercise for 2 months now with success. I go 3 days with jelqing tehcniqes from the JP90 routine and 1 day rest. On the second day of those 3 I use pumping of 20 minutes with 150 jelqs at the end.
    I have discovered that I have serious issues with my arousal rate and not-so serious preE. So, after careful reading through the sticky threads, I opted for the plateu edging routine. I am still in early stages, and I do edge every morning for minimum 20minutes to 30 without reaching the PONR (i always stroked).
    However, anytime I think of something naughty, I get that urge closing in to the PONR, and IKs occur. Today I had audio simulation just to test, with a girl on the phone for dirty talks, I felt if I stroked it 3 times I would cum immediately. I was shaking like crazy even by not stroking it and feeling really good for some matter, which I found really strange.

    Enough of small talk, my question here folks is this: Is it safe enough to do PE and preE ? Doing edging in the morning and in the night I go for PE routine. I read somewhere saying it is risky and not to do it, and somewhere it says it should be done together (don't remember who said that honestly, it is in the sticky threads).
    And since no porn is allowed during those times, in the arousal techniques, suggested the ByggD's Guide to Controlling Your Ejaculation Response - it is mentioned that we must use porn for that matter. I am really confused. I really want to get to the bottom of this and I should approach this.

    I know you would refer me to sticky threads, but please highlight your opinions. I am re-reading all of them again. I have come down to my conclusion for the preE problem - pretty tense pelvic floor (for which I do RKs and belly breathing, as well as yoga and penis stretches) and of course my arousal that shoots through the roof which I dont know what approach to take on that matter.

      I started here on the "gym looking to fix PreE, and found PE to be interesting. I figured I could use PE to fight the PreE. Worked for me.

      I have a thread with lots of details.
