I am leaving you this link to my documentary. I just uploaded it. It is called "how i cured myself" and you will find out about my personal story.
In this video i am telling everything that i feel essential in the battle with premature ejaculation.
I cured myself mainly with exercises, but they are not widely known like kegels, hindi squats ect. (those didn't work for me)
There are already some guys that cured themselves with "my methods".
