  • had I a dry orgasm?

    hello!
i'm 20, i've been kegeling for almost an year and i think my PC muscle is strong enough.
yesterday i was masturbating and i kegeled just before the PONR as hard as i could.

i didn't ejaculate, but i felt the feeling of an almost normal orgasm.

the problem is: after that i lost my arousal and erection, just like a normal
    orgasm...

    what was wrong?

    thank you

Retrograde ejaculation. This is a common at first as you get use to edging if that i what you were doing this will give way to one dry orgasm after another.

you mean that after a lot of practise with edging as i reach the ponr, just stop kegel and after 20 seconds you can continue?and for edging the common for 20 minutes practise is 5-6 times to the ponr?i

In order for this to be effective, you need to stop your cum from escaping past the point of your PC muscle. If it leaks further, even though it doesn't leave your penis, it's too late. You need to hold the Kegel relentlessly, for like 15 or more seconds. This is easier said than done, unfortunately.

In retro you do ejaculate like normal but it goes into your bladder. In dry orgasm you do not ejaculate.
Some guys also partial ejaculate ,both retro and standard. These are steps toward do,keep going.

                With practice, yes.
However, your body has been trained to shut down your erection after an orgasm (as it links orgasm and ejaculation.) It will take a while to retrain your body to realize that orgasm no longer means the end of sex.
