  • ** Possible solution (for some)... test it out **

    Ei guys,

I overcame PE a couple of years ago and have helped some guys with their problems, too. To clarify the severity of my problem: I came in my pants at least 5 times just from grinding and came almost always 3 or 4 strokes after starting to fuck. I only had 2 times where weirdly enough I lasted a good amount of time, so I knew it was possible. I wanted to learn how to recreate these situations every time and understand why those happened.

After trying IKs and stretching and seeing no improvement for me personally (during actual sex) I decided to buy a fleshlight and tackle the problem by myself forming an hypothesis about my PE, looking for a possible solution, testing it and acting on feedback.

I documented every test, every theory and every idea I had on excel, a piece of paper or my phone. To make things short here, I found out what works FOR ME after more than 2 years experimenting almost every single day.

Since I have been lurking on the forum again and Iīm seeing that now itīs all about muscle imbalances I wanted to post what works for me, since I donīt buy the idea that muscle imbalances are the only reason for PE.
Donīt get me wrong, for some guys this may be the biggest reason but Iīm 100% confident there are people with imbalances tensions and bad posture who donīt have PE and there are fit healthy people with perfect posture who suffer from PE. I myself donīt have perfect posture, suffer from scoliosis, am not as active as I should be (shame on me) and Iīm definitely not flexible at all. Yet I overcame PE without hours of hitting the gym, stretching or meditating.

Again those things are definitely not going to hurt you and will improve your life overall but I donīt think they guarantee a PE-free life. Nor will my method I assume, but maybe itīs helpful for some of you.

So here is what I did to overcame PE (I donīt need to do it anymore since itīs like my dick developed a memory or something and the effects I got from doing this seem to be permanent…):

Whenever I started having sex or edging, after the first couple of strokes (way before PONR) I did the following:

Inhale normally (not too little not too much)

    > hold that inhale for 10 to 20 seconds (again donīt be begging for air but feel like you want to start breathing again) > Exhale fast… not forced and not all the air just a normal exhale but a bit faster (like when making a shhh sound for example

    > Hold that exhale WHILE stretching your spine… ok I will try to explain this: imagine there is a string attached to the back of your neck that pulls upwards (if you are standing) stretching your upper body and lifting your ribcage

    > While holding this stretched position let yourself inhale (you will be needing air quite desperately from holding your exhale up until this point). During this inhale make sure your ribcage expands so donīt breath only into your belly.

    > After that start breathing normally and let your stretched self slowly move back into your normal position. Thatīs it. You can repeat the whole thing for more effect.

Again do not do all this in an overly exaggerated manner since in my experience it loses its effect. In fact if you are actually having sex try for her not to notice you are doing any of this shit and if you are edging imagine you want to hide what you are doing to an imaginary girl. This will prevent you from doing it in an overly exaggerated way.

At first you can try this breathing + stretching sequence while you stop edging and then start edging after again to see if you notice any difference and to make sure you are doing it correctly. But the point of this is to be able to do it while fucking/edging. To practice you should do it a couple of times during each session especially if you feel no effect at all. Try little adjustments (not holding inhale for so long, stretching in a slightly different direction, etc.) to see if something works better.

I am not sure why this worked for me, although I have my theories.

If you are doing it correctly (and you are like me) after doing this sequence you should feel the following:
Your pelvic floor will feel more relaxed although there might be a spot which remains tensed up but you donīt feel it affects your arousal. Even if you try to contract your PC it will not contract completely… itīs like something is blocking it. Your dick might feel less sensitive and your glands might dry out a bit.

The cool thing is that now you donīt have to worry about doing anything else… you can fuck/edge away and feel in control. If you feel you are closer to cuming you can slow down the pace and the urge will disappear like with a ‘normal’ person I suppose (when I had PE slowing down didnīt help… once I started pounding again I was right back where I left off… about to cum).

Like I said I donīt do this anymore… itīs like my cock got used to the stimulation and if I perform a couple of those sequences now I wouldnīt be able to cum.

Like I said, try this out if you are curious and let me know if you feel any effect.

Also I wanted to know how those who overcame PE are feeling during sex… do you need to be conscious of your pelvic floor? Do you perform an RK or a kegel hold to stop yourselves from ejaculating? I am curious how you guys feel during sex and what kind of sensations/informations you analize and are aware of.

    Take care

Yeah I mean this sounds like here that you're lengthening your spine and putting yourself in good posture, thus causing a relaxed pelvic floor. That's what these muscular imbalances are all about. Fixing your posture just like this permanently so you're always doing this type of stuff.

And I agree with you when you say that not all people with bad posture have PreE. However, I think that its a unique combination of imbalances that causes PreE. It's not as simple as "oh you have bad posture, you must have PreE". Much more complex than that. What I will say is that every single member that has sent me a posture picture or posted a posture picture has something wrong. Every single person so far.

When you say fit healthy people with good posture can have PreE, not sure about that to be honest. Could be true. However, talking with my trainer and other people constantly about this situation has made me realize that people with a balanced body not only live happier healthier lives but also are better in bed.

Maybe you are right and Iīm fixing my posture. In that case why train for months at the gym before seeing any results when you could just adjust your posture in the moment?... I mean you could test your theory very easily next time you have sex. Just adjust your posture in that moment and see what happens. Maybe thatīs all you need to do. Try it out and see how it goes. Also (if you want) you could try out what I posted and see if it has any effects… it certainly wonīt harm you.

Donīt know about your statement that all PEjaculators suffer from a certain type of imbalance. I have bad posture, imbalances and poor flexibility and had PE. I did nothing to fix my posture so it should be as always. BUT I donīt need that breathing + stretching movement during sex anymore… so definitely something changed and I donīt think my former PE imbalances went away by themselves leaving imbalances with no effect on my stamina. But again, I could be wrong, Iīm just making some logical assumptions here.

Of course training, posture, correcting imbalances will improve your life massively so definitely keep doing that. I just donīt think itīs a guarantee to cure PE for EVERYONE.

It could be different for some but doing all that training improves hip mobility and pelvis flexibility. Therefore, in different positions you can maintain a completely relaxed pelvic floor. And yes when I do fix my posture during sex (in my case pushing my hips back since I have swayback) I can last longer. But I don't want to have to position myself a certain way each time. I want to just naturally be able to focus on the actual sex.

Plus, fixing these imbalances has done amazing things for my mental health and physical well-being

Great post @train4love. Thanks for sharing this.

The postural bit is interesting i.e. spine lengthening like "a string attached to the back of your neck that pulls upwards". Actually for the past two months I've been trying to maintain this posture (without the breathing sequence of course) whenever I walk because I read somewhere that this relieves some pressure off PF.

Now this postural thing with this specific breathing sequence seems to make it complete package for handling PF tension. I'll definitely give it a try.

Do you suggest doing this as a out of sex/edging routine also?

            Thank you again. Take care.

You could do the sequence to get a feel for it and practice since it is a bit complicated if you are not used to it. But you wonīt feel any effect right away unless your edging or fucking (at least thatīs in my case). But if you do it while edging/sex you should feel an inmediate effect.

If you feel nothing this might not be for you or your doing something wrong. The problem with this is that slight variations have a great impact, in my experience, and can make it work or not. So definitely try it a couple of times, tweek minor things, and analize if you feel any difference. You can also PM me if you have specific questions.

              Take care

Just goes to show you how imbalances/posture is super important for pelvic floor relaxation!

I am doing the same for fixing my scoliosis. Its called Decompression Breathing. You can search for it FoundationTraining (aimed to strengthen your lower back). I am sure this is helping my pelvic floor, but haven't thought about trying it this way. Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try.

Wow, i had never heard of this but it is very similiar to what Iīm doing. Itīs nice to see some actual example since it is quite hard to explain. Did you try it out during edging or sex yet?

I did try while edging, but doesn't work for me. Decompression Breathing only doesnt help with the pelvic floor. In my case, I have bad posture (like 69% of all guys), and tight pelvic floor. Focusing on that at the moment.
