I have uploaded 4 images of my posture from the front, back and either side. I know that my body is dipping to one side and I'm not sure if this is because of my hips or because of my shoulders. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer for my job so I think I also have forward head posture. I would really appreciate if you could tell me when you think about my posture and exercises and stretches that I would benefit from (and what I should avoid).
