I may not be aware of postural imbalance in this context. However, the only thing postural I struggle with is lower back. Sitting down, slanted in an office chair all day, your lower back muscles learn to relax, as it is supported by the back of the chair. The moment you sit unsupported elsewhere, that relaxed state of the lower back is sustained. So, it becomes a conscious effort to to keep a "straight" lower back. I do the Good Mornings work outs to build lower back muscles on occasion to support this aim.
If there's more to it than that, I need take a posture photo for analysis and diagnosis, I suppose.
