Have been there for almost 4-5 years, trying to solve my PE. I am in the early twenties
I am starting to being desperate with me PE problem, because I have tried all the things mentioned onsite, however, still haven’t cured my PE.
However, it is worth mentioning that in some poses (standing/girl on her belly) I can go for 10-30 min during first round, and occasionally it is hard to cum for me during the second time. Still very hard to go missionary from the start - can cum very fast.
But BJ and, especially, handjob is the worst for me - sometimes I cum from a few touches and this is frustrating, I suspect that performance anxiety is involved, because very often with new partners first time is very nervous and challenging for me. It was a time when I came with semi-flaccid because of the stress I couldn’t become fully hard.
The core reason for my PE I believe to be improper posture due to the fact that in the morning I wake up with tensed PF, and sometimes my PF tensing when I just lie on the bed.
Additional symptoms are issues with emptying bladder, poor EQ from time to time, absence of morning wood.
I have APT for sure. Will add my postures pics below
