    Hi guys,

    Have been there for almost 4-5 years, trying to solve my PE. I am in the early twenties

    I am starting to being desperate with me PE problem, because I have tried all the things mentioned onsite, however, still haven’t cured my PE.

    However, it is worth mentioning that in some poses (standing/girl on her belly) I can go for 10-30 min during first round, and occasionally it is hard to cum for me during the second time. Still very hard to go missionary from the start - can cum very fast.

    But BJ and, especially, handjob is the worst for me - sometimes I cum from a few touches and this is frustrating, I suspect that performance anxiety is involved, because very often with new partners first time is very nervous and challenging for me. It was a time when I came with semi-flaccid because of the stress I couldn’t become fully hard.

    The core reason for my PE I believe to be improper posture due to the fact that in the morning I wake up with tensed PF, and sometimes my PF tensing when I just lie on the bed.

    Additional symptoms are issues with emptying bladder, poor EQ from time to time, absence of morning wood.

    I have APT for sure. Will add my postures pics below

    Any thoughts on routine how to fix this?

      Also, in addition focus to be making bridges (the right way) and the cat and cow poses.

      And as Pegasus will say, I'll confirm. You haven't tried everything buddy. I would suggest you do the PreE90 routine step by step. Read it again and again, until you comprehend it very well. BJ and HJ - get a stamina trainer / fleshlight - with mouth and vagina. Proper edging with that will help you tremendously.
      Morning stiffness in PF - do RKs and belly breathing, and some sider man poses while in bed to relax the PF. Anytime you feel stiffness, just do light RKs, and some belly breathing and return the PF back to normal.

      Temporary solution is PYT balm. I tried it and works wonders for me. Judging from your experience, it's gotta be the pelvic floor and posture. Good luck in solving it.

        I too suffer from lack of morning wood, PRE-E in certain positions (have some control with her on top) AND a tense PF in the morning! I attribute the tense PF to APT. I've started to sleep with a pillow under my knees to keep myself in a neutral tilt. I think it's helping but I need more time to really be sure. I've also been working on my APT (watching posture daily, exercises/stretching, belly breathing). I haven't had a partner to test with but I believe my PF is loosening slowly. So in this regard, I believe solving APT will help solve PRE-E.

        The issue for me is EQ (come from heavy porn use that I quit years ago) I get very anxious in any sexual acts including masturbation so my libido is low and my desire to edge is a minimum so it's difficult for me to test. I lose my erections quite quickly without stimulation, sometimes even with so edging has been quite difficult for me.

          Contractulation for your 10-30min success in some poses! Could you please share your exersices for getting this success?

            I can relate to above. Basically I have also made lots of improvements when I am standing with knees bent (supported by bed or mattress and I can hold a light Rk and stay in posterior pelvic and have sex for a long time if I don’t go fast.missionary for me is the worst and I feel planks have helped with missionary a little but after a minute I have to change position or completely stop.

            I also wake up and feel balls are tight and lower back hurts a little and pelvic is tight.

            I recommend Lajin stretch for you. I used to do normal lajin with one foot up and one foot down, but past few months I mainly do Y lajin at night almost every night. I have to do more normal lajin since it stretches psoas better.

            I also have poster imbalances and similar to you looms like swayback and I also have parenthesis knees and need to work on my adductors and glute strength with bridges and hip trusts.
