  • Start stop question

Hi all, 34 year old guy, lifelong Pre and trying to fix the issue. Went to sex therapist and pelvic floor therapist.
I have a tight pelvic floor, my regular kegels are fine, but I can't do any reverse. Pelvic floor therapist did exercises for reverse kegels. After that she dry needled my lower back area and had to do the exercise again. My pelvic floor was way relaxed and I could reverse kegel much harder. I was really happy and thought this would solve everything.

Now my sex therapist told me to do start stop with lube. But even after the dry needling, I just doesn't work for me. I can't really explain the feeling, but I start with lube and making my penis hard and once it's erect I get the urge to cum within 10-15 seconds. The feeling won't just go away. So I take a break for 1-2 minutes, start again, but once erect again in 5-10 seconds the same feeling :/

Should I continue doing this? Does it get better over time? I also find it very hard to do reverse kegels when masturbating. When I'm with the therapist and in my bed, I can really relax and focus. But when I need to do reverse kegels, it just doesn't work for me.

Any one any suggestion? Really thought the dry needling was a solution, but now I don't think so anymore

These are both part of the story so the out of sex work to relax the pelvic floor so rk yoga stretches etc . These over time make the application in sex easier do the start /stop etc . Think of it like a boxer does bag work but also sparing.

        Yes.
Take this as example: 1st time in gym, you can do 5 pushups only. Should you continue or not?
If you continue working out you'll get to 100+ pushups.
If not, then you're stuck at 5.
        Start: 1st of April, 2020 BPEL - 5", EG - 3.9"
        Current: 29th of October 2020 BPEL - 6" , EG - 4.4"
        Long Term Goal: BPEL - 7", EG - 5"

When you piss, the push you do is a front RK. After you piss, maintain the RK for some time. You need to get familiar with the movement and build that mind muscle connection. Once you have it down while flaccid, transfer it to erected, and then to erected during stimulation. If you don't get RK figured out, you'll get nowhere.

Stop/starts are good, as long as you're not forcing PONR with clinching of the pelvic floor(kegels). Don't do voluntary kegels when you have pre-e and/or a tight pelvic floor.
You never slow down, you never grow old!

Then with Pre-E should we stop well before the PONR. With practice will the time to reach PONR increase

But isn't start stop the solution combined with all? How else will you learn to masturbate longer without start stop?

Yes, that's what i'm learning with my pelvic floor therapist. She didn't explain front and back. She just tells me to push out.

Been doing rk's after I piss. You can really feel the difference between front and back. Front are better than back? It's not harmfull doing them right after pissing?

I can now do them will I'm sitting relaxed, but after the push I get a strange feeling, sort of ik's. Feels like i'm pushing out, relax it and than it kinds of want to go into kegel position.

When I do start/stop and almost at PONR I do real hard kegels. Sometimes even with dry orgasm. I should stop doing that than?
