  • Small, super sensitive point on penis causing premature ejaculation

    Hey everyone,

I've been a lurker in this forum for years and am struggling with PE since I can remember. I've tried pretty much everything, from creams and oils to reverse kegels, posture training and general fitness, without large success. Lately, my girlfriend left me, and one of the major problems in our relationship was our declining sex life, impacted by my inability to perform.

Now, with her gone, I've started to spend more time touching myself and my body. What I've started to realize is that 99% of the (over)sensivity in my penis comes from one single point. It's directly below my glans, below the circumcision line, looks and feels a bit like a harder pimple. It only becomes visible/feelable when I'm hard, it feels like my nerves are directly beneath the skin. Rubbing this single point makes me 100x more aroused than any other spot on my penis (my glans is much less sensitive).

I'm starting to think that maybe there was a problem with my circumcision. I've searched online but haven't found any descriptions of this problem. Has anyone of you occurred the same problem and if yes, is there anything I can do about it?

I will also see an urologist ASAP, but would appreciate any hints and tips.

    Sincerely,
    horowitz

I've read all of them. I wanted to ask if someone in this forum had a similar experience where a Lymphocele Lump (I'm not 100% sure, Google tells me my white point is such a lump) leads to premature ejaculation and how/if they found a treatment.

What you are referring to is frenulum which is the most sensitive spot in almost everyone. I would say mine is like that as well and if I don’t touch that area during masturbation o can go for hours. Problem is during sex, that area is always gets rubbed.

I think it is related to right pelvic floor and posture issues and I have seen improvements. You can also try PYT (pau yang tong), search in forum and buy it. It is different from numbing creams and apply the tiniest amount just of this spot make toy last so much longer. The key is the amount used and how long before it. Definitely try it specially just on that area and you will be surprised.

Maybe you do have some unusual spot, so your plan to see a urologist might reveal some solutions. That said, other guys have spots like that. I've been involved in swinging for years and the topic comes up. Women who are experts at blow jobs know to look for the guy's "spot." Two women I've been with found my spot (under the tip of my glans) right away and usually waited to stimulate it directly until they wanted me to shoot.

Yes. The frenulum is a guys small part of a left over clit if we had been born female. Unfortunately we weren’t. Of course, try edging , but also try desensitized spray such as Promoscent. Worked well for me.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.
