  • A tad weak and premature..

    Hey guys! I have an issue I need some expert help with... I’m 29 years old for reference

    So for the past 4 months I’ve faced an issue in which I have low eq and premature ejaculation. I used to have no issues with PE (some issues when younger with ED which were alcohol/porn infused but gone now). I tend to ejaculate with maybe a 70% erection on penetration - this is especially bad if it’s a long foreplay and it’s my second or third erection, i have ejaculated at 40% before. What gives?

    I used to do kegels (stupid looking back on it feel I had no problems before this) but now I can hold a Hindi squat all day and still little improvement, I am also extremely flexible. Anyone got any ideas?

    These issues go away when I take as little as 5mg viagra.

    Get a hormone test .
    If your eq is low then subconciously you tend to kegel to improve it which can result in pre e .
    So why would a young guy have low eq ? You say it is not porn or drugs which leaves anxiety and hormones .
    Get a hormone panel .

      I got testosterone checked and it is 12ng/mol which is lower than normal but I don't see how I can change this as I am a fit guy

      Sometimes this issue occurs when I have good eq (cialis) I have this feeling that I need to ejaculate immediately in my pelvic floor - could this be an imbalance issue? Or am I looking too much into this?

      Anxiety could play a part but I was anxious before breaking my virginity etc and never had any issues with premature ejaculation.

        How's your dietary situation? A lot of people with sub-optimal testosterone levels experience increases from simply adding zink and vitamin D. Ashwagandha also has a solid amount of evidence when it comes to obtaining normal levels. Long term changes would be things such as avoiding endocrine disruptors and staying clear of food sources known to cause metabolic issues.

        Just throwing a few things out there, since I know nothing of your particular situation. Focusing on explosive exercises is also a good idea. Go ninja-kick a ball on a string.

          hey man - literally just added a zinc and vit d supplement 2 days ago! Also I am considering eliminating dairy from my diet as well - would you know anymore about this?

            I personally believe that dairy is neither here nor there. If you're in the U.S, dairy products are supposed to be free of antibiotics and with the exception of possible intolerance and such, I really see no problem with dairy consumption.


            If you want to expand your palate. Calcium, magnesium and Vitamin k/k2 are also all relevant to your situation, since low testosterone seems to have a tendency to causes a negative feedback loop in terms of mineral storage and hormone production.

                So if you are fit and diet is good with enough omega-3 and -6 and other minerals and you sleep well, that number of testosterone at your age,,,, indicates you fucking need to see a doctor to find maybe some risky root cause instead of wandering in a forum.

                  Your test is low I have a thread with 100 possible ways naturally increase test it is of course incomplete I have more .
                  The start point is sleep more .

                        I can hold hindi squats for 20 mins+ - anything else? I desperately want to balance my pelvic floor and have normal person sex again

                          I even looked into a DE forum about a baseball catcher and spent about 5 days as a 'catcher' with absolutely no change
