  • It has to work - PE log

    Background: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...egression.html

    Starting a log.

    28/06/21

Spent last few days with various stretches as described in https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...r-muscles.html
Incorporated diaphragm breathing throughout the day
Already performing rk holds throughout the day

    couple of observations
    - after a few min breathing into the bellow, i feel a tingling sensation in the PF area. Pleasant. Expected? What does it mean.#
    - I seem to be urinating more frequently and small amounts. Is this a concern? Definitely seems to have started since I started rk
    - regarding the rk, after 20+ reps I feel sore. Either this means I am performing the right movement but overdoing it or I am doing something wrong

Woke up with wood and in half asleep state, I gave jelq another go to see if I had improved my situation. Same result as in the previous thread, 0-9 in few strokes, managed to bring back to 8 using rk but IK still present, less violent but still overpowering my rk. PF extremely tense, balls high up (had to drag them back) then recoil, pause and shoot. intense orgasm again. I did slow breathing down but it wasnt regular, at some points I was still holding breath. So that's something to work on.

Will continue above plan for now. It has to work, there are too many success stories and the research combined with experience of the veterans tallies up with the behaviour we experience. It just has to work.

I think that tingling is normal.

I seem to recall odd changes in my urination when I was starting out

regarding the rk, feeling sore is normal, at first

Does that only happen with jelq?
not just jelq. after today's stretching, decided to sit in front of p0rn with no intention of touching, just to observe the behaviour. i sat in yoga hero pose (believe its called, bum on heel, hip open). Aroused & wood very quick as per usual. 30s in, IK kick in but not as violent as previously. I'd like think the recent stretching has been helping. I managed to combat the IK twice with RK but rush back to PONR. Small repetitive IK.

after second rk, couldnt push back any more, concentrated on breathing deep to help relax, it was helping but 2min in i git ponr, strong kegel that held for 2-3s before unleashing the fluids. Remember, absolutely no touching here - this is autonomous driving - !

don't know what to make of this, it is almost as if the recent stretching which is suppose to help is having opposite effect.

After 3 weeks of rk throughout the day, deep breathing throughout the day, stretching 2-3 times a week, I am more aware of few things such as

      - i am holding kegel all the time unconciously
      - my breathing habits are bad
      - i have very tense muscles in lower body (hips, quads, hams, etcc)

You're on the right track, keep rk-ing and stretching as often as you can. Rking while doing different stretches is even better, not sure how long it will take to recondition the Pelvic Floor this way, but it does take time. I would suggest to completely stop kegelling too, while it may help to push back ponr, it works against the relaxation of the PF. Once the pelvic floor is flexible, you won't need kegels to push back ponr, just slowing down or having a 10 sec break will do more than enough.

That last point you made, a tense lower body makes it harder for PF to relax too, stretching regularly will help

Stretching 2-3 times a week is not enough, 2-3 times a day maybe.

Don't forget, flexibility comes with all muscle groups functioning correctly. No one gains flexibility without a strong enough hip (glute max/min) and abs.

(You may ask what's the relation between abs and hip )

you speak the truth indeed. I have previously been assessed as having weak glutes and core leading to various back pains. While I have done physio in the past, i have not maintained it and those weaknesses remain.
I plan to increase frequency on the aforementioned stretches as you recommended
