In general weak lower body Pelvis is not anteriorly tilted statically, but I am sure in movements it does. Your shins are also twisted in, which can be caused by weak hips and calves trying to compensate, or something wrong with the feet themselves, arch, thumb and rigid finger stuff.

      Thanks Anthony.
What exercises do you feel I should work on. Glute bridges, squats, deadlift ? Generally I’m flexible enough but I do get pain in hips and lower back at times. Running is a no go at present- it brings on pain. Feet - interesting as I do get pain in my medial right ankle- it feels a bit like a nerve pain. Thanks again

yes, those are good. Squat, Sumo squat, glute bridge, Glute medius leg raise (see he youtube vids on how to turn your feet in to target glute medius and not tfl).
Don't train your hamstring with deadlift style moves like Romanian etc. They are ok and dominant in your lower body.

Test this, stand with feet shoulder width apart, maybe a bit less than shoulder width. Then without changing feet position, lift one feet back (bending the knee). How easy can you keep balance? Do you lean back, forward or your hips go out to the right (if you are lifting the left foot). Try it with both feet.

Thanks. Interesting as I’ve been working a lot on the Romanian deadlift for a while so you feel that’s strong now! I did the test - without weights I seem to be ok mostly but after a few reps I tire and it generally gets a bit sloppy. With a barbell over my back with weight - it’s very challenging and I’ve to work very hard to control it.
As a matter of interest how would my current posture affect my pelvic floor / pre- e .
          Thanks again for the insight

I’m continuing to try and improve. At the moment I’m doing ok. Typically the wife likes missionary position. In general I’ve decent control once I manage it and don’t thrust too hard and fast. My wife will come more often than not but near the end when I do go harder and faster I do notice she gets more vocal and wants it harder and really enjoys it. Unfortunately At present, I can only keep the hard / fast going for about 45 secs or so.
Is there anything I can do to prolong this in terms of exercises etc. Anyone in this same situation as me before but has managed to fix it ?
            Any tips appreciated

So started glute med leg raise and sumo squats along with my regular strength work. Had sex tonight and it was great. I actually went fast in spouts and kept it going. Slowed and then went again and repeated this many times. Wife was really happy and of course I was. Hoping it wasn’t a once off but I’ll certainly be continuing the new additions to my strength routine

So, I think I can close this thread now.
things have been going very well each time I have sex with my wife. Consistently I’m lasting as long as needed. I’ve managed to understand earlier when I’m getting a bit close and I slow it down a little to regain composure and control.
the good thing then is I can up tempo again and continue this process until she’s ready.
what’s the secret ? For me I believe it’s been patient with PreE, understands your arousal levels and slow it or distract when needed. I think strength work is essential. Squats with weights, hip thrusts with barbell, Hindi squats, child pose etc They are all very effective and building the strength necessary.
best of luck to you all on your journey and feel free to reach out to me if you want
