    You may want to do modeate intensity or low intesity BC kegels instead of hard ones. don't worry about stopping the ejaculate. I tend to do reverse kegels unintentionally i discovered this the other day doing Supra Slammers.

        Really enjoyed reading through this thread. My bad habits as a teen have really had a negative effect on my sex life as an adult. I used to rush masturbation for many years in order to prevent being found out and to achieve that amazing climax, and on numerous occasions rushed sex to not get caught. Today, years later, I have a case of sexual avoidance which was brought on by anxiety about my size and anxiety about my stamina (both reasons brought me here) that has really taken its toll on me. Just the idea of sex at this point causes me to nearly have a panic attack because of thoughts of being unsatisfying/inadequate to women. Not sure how common this type of sexual anxiety is, but let me tell you....it's pretty much all I think about.
        The gym has helped me more than I can possibly explain. Although I've only gained a bit of length, I'm starting to become more comfortable and accepting of my size. I hope that through a dedicated and focused routine of both kegals, reverse K's, and my normal jelq/stretch routine that I will eventually gain back my lost confidence so that I can once again enjoy the pleasures of a healthy sex life.
        So thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread and the many others which have helped me along the way. I really do hope that my dedication to PE will help me get my life back. Thanks!

          That's a very interesting issue. I ran into that many years ago - not to the extreme as your case - but I did find myself shying away from sexual encounters when they were literally being handed to me because of some of those same issues size and performance anxiety. Even though I had been told constantly by women that my size was great, I didn't think so (and to a large degree I still don't - that's why I'm here at the Gym, although my perceptions have changed a little since I came here). And couple that with the ED I was experiencing, that did very little to help things out.
          The thing that helped me was actually the persistence from a woman that REALLY wanted to get into my pants - LOL! We only had sex a few times but it was quite enjoyable and she seemed to really have a great time. She was pretty forceful in trying to do me (don't know why and didn't really care to know) and she "won" that battle. She was totally clueless to my predicament but that encounter with her helped me win my war with the anxiety.

          I guess I said all that to say just go for it and get yourself back out there. You'll get your mojo back in no time.

              Thanks for the response GTO. I've been thinking lately that I just need to get one session under my belt and I'll feel much less anxious. Its been years of this anxiety which has built into something so powerful, but I'm sure once I get back into the game I'll feel much better. Glad to hear you've turned a corner with your anxiety and are in much more control....hopefully one day real soon I'll be posting back here with a completely different outlook.

                  Reading this topic i can add this.

                  Rapid kegels will propel me forward, strong kegels will drive me back. As for reverse kegels in PONR it will drive me straight to ejaculation and during the early and mid phases it will help me untense. That is how it works for me for now.

                  When doing the rapid kegels it seams like you are doing the reverse kegels also it reminds me somehow of using momentum when doing the crunches the wrong way.

                  I was wondering, if i overwork my pelvic floor muscles with regular kegels, should i maybe do reverse kegels on my days of to relax that muscle, or should i stop doing anything?

                    Reverse kegels can be used in ponr mm try being more subtle in your application,think skill not strength. I often use rk in short contractions timed to rolling orgasms. A surfer riding a wave.
                    Most guys need rest days from kegels once they work up to a solid routine. However you could be onto something I don't know.

                        Ok guy lots of you with pe are mentioning pelvic floor spasm as though no one has mentioned it before.
                        Read the start of this thread it explains this is common and the cure.

                          I think this is very true.

                          When I masturbate, kegaling actually get's me closer to ejaculation.
                          When I was a kid, I would jerk off really fast while flexing my dick the whole time.

                          Now I have premature ejac. I can't last longer than 10seconds. Everytime i pump in a vagina, i kegal uncontrollably.

                          I started edging and i noticed than when I am close to the PONR, if I kegal hard to try to prevent having an orgasm, i have an orgasm. Kegal'ing makes me have an orgasm.

                          But when I tried reverse kegaling (if i'm even doing it right), at the PONR and I reverse kegal, the feeling of orgasm actually subsides and goes away.

                              hey km0. It really depends upon each individuals. YOU HAVE TO EDGE ALOT, and always monitor your arousal levels, and what your whole body feels like at each stage, and also experiment around with Kegal and reverse kegals to kill the orgasm feeling whendver you're near PONR.

                              At least, that was what helped me, alot. MinuteMan has a very detailed journal you'll find in this forum.

                                My personal view is that if the pelvic floor is balanced you will have great endurance without any intervention.
                                The perfect cure is of course mmo. Having said that the circuit break idea seems to work.
