The veins or vas deferens at the top base of my penis is making ejaculate quicker than I would like to! It's like, if u rub while stroking your penis it gets numb and then "bam", you ejaculate! What could be causing this? How do I fix it?

(Top Base) The top of the bottom of the penis, where the pelvis meets the penis.

Well, the vas deferens is no where near the top. The penis is usually more stimulated from the glans and upper area than the lower area. Like Pegasus said, look at some of the info in this section.

sometimes when I ejaculate it gets too painful and i experience swelling of my penis. is over masturbating is the reason? I need advice guys....thanks
