    I'm like a woman now. The pleasure is there, but I have to work really really HARD in order to get myself to ejaculate.

      A relaxed pelvic floor should make you responsive to concious kegels . I suspect background tension, do you have anxiety in life/sex?

            Try to develop awareness of what is happening with your pelvic floor, there is often more going on than is easy to notice.
            I believe there is a pelvic floor tension link to delayed ejaculation.

              I have awareness. I said I always monitor my perineum with my fingers. I'm going to have to disagree on that. Thanks for your help, though.

                Hand monitor is not sensitive enough. In any case if you are happy that is the main issue, if you start slipping into delayed ejaculation at a later time give me a pm.

                      I know what you mean, the feeling is similar to putting your mind "somewhere else" while you are aware of the sensations on your dick, its almost the same as someone rubbing their hand on your arm, the feeling is there but it is not a sexual one. Just like "ok something is rubbing my dick". But as soon as you start to think about how good it feels then the unconscious kegels come back and you ejaculate. Is this the difference that people without preE do unconsciously all the time? Your theory reminds me of a book I read by Sy Silverberg called Lasting Longer. He talks about much of the same thing

                        I usually ejaculate at least once a day, Im not sure if that strengthens the muscles or what, but I do notice that when I go a few days for whatever reasons my orgasms are much stronger and also much quicker as I am hornier. Although I have not tried this without kegeling, it seems that if I want to orgasm anymore during masturbation I need to do some type of kegels in order to get close to the ponr, and once I am close I can stop the kegels and orgasm. I intend to try this later though and see what comes of it so to speak. I still have no difficulty orgasming during sex however and this is an issue for me, as my preE hasnt been cured by doing reverse kegels, but I have been using DO to keep an erection during sex and having multiple orgasms in one session. This isnt a bad thing, however after my first DO the sex drive is basically gone and I have to do a few quick kegels to keep erection before I get it back to the same quality as it was before the DO.

                          Well I suppose that over time, the involuntary kegels would bring me closer to ponr, but kegeling itself if done correctly does bring me closer to ponr. This is especially true during sex, when I am very aroused, when she really gets into it is when I start to lose it though, but it isnt anything to DO and keep going. I just wish that wasnt the case, while I have cured my preE to some extent with breathing, reverse kegeling and using the stop start technique, once i get close to the ponr I am way too aroused to calm down enough to move away from it and continue having sex without orgasming.

                            Yeah this is really the problem that persists, and while i am able to hop over it with a DO (either just a Do or by using a reverse kegel first) it is still not fixing the problem. (but it is a great confidece boost knowing that you actually have a back up plan). So for now in am concentrating only on the reverse kegel (and breathing techniques, position and distraction) in order to figure out how can and what can i do to either remain on that pleateau or to back off. Wave orgasms are one way of dealing with it but it is not consistent and i don't always (ironically) want that level of pleasure.

                              I read one of your posts earlier about using kegels and reverse kegels lightly, and I realized that during sex they werent light at all but very strong. I would turn an involuntary kegel into a strong kegel and in the end I would always be closer to the ponr, then I would do a RK right afterward and after that I would involuntary kegel and be even closer, then I would have to DO because I would be right about to come. Next time I have sex I will try using the RK from the beginning and use light holds so that I can hold them for an extended period of time and see how that plays out.

                                I think you are on to something. Your technique will give me more of a cure to prem-e than DOing. I wanted to ask how is sex when you don't unconsciously kegel? Are you able to stave off your first ejaculation successfully? Can you explain the subconscious kegelling and when you do them? While masturbating, I have pressed my perineum and felt no signs of kegelling. But as soon as I turn on porn, I start kegelling out of control. I too think that the problem is more mental than physical. You're thread is very inspirational to someone who has struggled with the same problem for about the same amount of time.
